Two rooms (4-5 persons) 28m2 located in a wooden building residence with direct access to underground parking. 1st floor facing south oriented, the apartment offers a panoramic view of the area of La Plagne and offers direct access to the ski slopes. It is also located near the Ski School (ESF), the lifts and shops.
The apartment consists of a bedroom (double bed 140 * 190 cm), lounge (two singles seat 80 * 190cm + trundle bed 80 * 190 cm), a bathroom with bath and toilet , a kitchen overlooking the living room and balcony.
It is close to Themis 102 (4). Rent the two apartments can accommodate a family or a large group of friends.
A secure ski locker is available at the entrance of the residence.

We offer 6 beautiful apartments from studios (22m2, 4 people) in three rooms (35m2, 7 people) recently refreshed in three different residences: THEMIS, Callisto & SUN STONE.
Presentations Southwest, the 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor, with balcony, you will enjoy panoramic views of the ski area of La Plagne and its sunset on the ridges of Beaufortain.
The accommodations consist of a kitchen all equipped (Microwave-Grill, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle ...) with dining room, lounge with TV and en suite bathroom .
The two room apartments have a separate bedroom with double bed.
Housing three rooms has a bedroom with bunk beds and additional shower.
Many arrangements are available.
Double bedding apartments are all NEW.
The studio PIERRE DE SOLEIL 113 boasts a large comfortable double bed 160 * 200.
Secure ski locker is located on the ground floor residences with direct access to the ski slopes and the ski school.
The residences have direct access with lift to underground parking (except Sunstone).

We booked two apartments, 101 and 102 for a family ski holiday. The location is perfect, apartments were also very well equipped.
The only negative I can think of, and sadly it overshadowed the start of the stay, was the housekeeper/person who checked us in to whom handed us the keys.
Her attitude from the outset was regarding the cleanliness the apartments had to be in upon departing, and that English guests tend to be not as clean as those from other countries! She then went onto say that for two the apartment was fine, but for 4-5 it wasn't..... This was then followed by her opening the fridge stating that she wanted it spotless like it currently was upon leaving..... At this point I did have to point out that there were guests from other countries that I am sure are worse than English guests..... The cleanliness upon leaving seemed so paramount that she did not even go through, or even inform us, of the information folder that we found on the second day. A little customer service wouldn't go amiss to be honest.
Car parking was fine and easily accessible to the apartment, as mentioned, the apartments are well equipped and have everything needed for a weeks skiing.
Despite the focus on OCD levels of cleanliness there were two pieces of cutlery which had dried food on them and also some broken glass on the balcony floor when we arrived....... I pointed this out upon departure (At which point the apartment was cleaner than when we arrived!) to which I received an embarrassed look.
A shame really, the attitude of the housekeeper/owner was the only negative.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Belle Plagne qui est une station charmante
Appartement 101 très petit, inadapté pour 5 personnes (4 max) car 3 couchages dans le salon. Vieille moquette, crépi des années 70, pas fonctionnel (très peu de rangement), vieilles plaques électriques, pas de grille pain, peu d'accessoires de cuisine, réfrigérateur dont la porte ne ferme pas, fuites dans la salle de bain. Bref, en dehors de la localisation, cette location est une véritable arnaque. Le propriétaire a même failli nous faire remplacer le radiateur électrique sur lequel un de nos duvets avait fondu, vu l'exiguïté des lieux; après négociation, il s'est contenté de nous faire payer 70€ pour pouvoir le repeindre !
Nous avons passé un super séjour sur Belle Plagne.
