We boast a free high-speed (WiFi) internet connection, a television, and all other modern conveniences. queries or bookings.

We bought our apartment because we were able to design it to our own specifications and keep many of the original features.

We also love the area, it is extremely quiet but a short walk to the city centre, the main museums, beautiful squares, churches and the railway station. It is also a 2 minute walk from Trimani, the best wine shop in Rome with a fabulous restaurant next door.

Beautiful Apt. Perfect location

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed our stay in Rome. The apt. was open, welcoming and clean (better than pictured). Prior to our arrival we received an informative packet that was useful during our stay. We booked a tour of Rome once we arrived which was perfect because Antonella met us at our convenience after the tour and the apt architecture and interior design was bellissimo. The location is perfect nestled in a quite courtyard. However, we were walking distant to great dining, food markets, shopping, the metro and terminal station. We stayed for seven days and dined daily at the conveniently located eateries, (Ristorante Re Basilico, pastry place open until 6am, sandwich shop at the corner, etc...). Honestly, we did not use the kitchen because great eatery as well as gelato, desserts, and caffe were located steps from the apt. Sergio conveniently met us prior to departure. Thank you Sergio and Antonella for a memorable experience!

Enjoyed our stay!

  • 5 of 5

We stayed in this apartment Oct 6 2016 for three nights.

The apartment is just as the photos show.

Antonella and Sergio were there to meet us when we arrived and showed us everything about the apartment.

The apartment is within walking distance of most of the tourists must sees. We took a taxi to the Vatican as we had an early morning tour. There are metros, supermarkets and restaurants all within easy walking distance.

The apartment had everything we needed and more.

We found it to be very quiet at night.

If returning to Rome I would definitely stay again.

Style and comfort...

  • 5 of 5

We were two couples in our 50s staying in Rome for three nights. I stumbled across this flat as the first one we rented we were told that the condo association is no longer renting. A great find. Just as the pictures showed. Very deco interior. Close to everything. I don't think we paid more than 12 euro to get to anything. The upstairs bedroom does have a bit of a low ceiling but you get used to it. Air was fine. All the amenities you could need. A nice quiet courtyard when you return from your days events. Antonella and Sergio had everything laid out as far as getting around. You could use public transport if you wish but we chose cabs while we were there. We finally were able to figure out how to get English on the TV but that was no big deal. Nice restaurants just outside the flat on the street. Very quiet and comfortable. Thanks to Antonella and Sergio for a great stay. I wish we were still there.

Convenient with easy access to local environments and sight seeing

  • 5 of 5

What a beautiful apartment. Antonella and Sergio met us at the door and even helped us park. This apartment has all the love of a true artisan displayed throughout the apartment. We were able to walk to all the big attractions; yet stay out of the tourist district with all its high prices and throngs of people. We frequented the restaurants in the neighborhood for many of our meals; really enjoying Andrea's just to the right of your entry. Also to the right on Settembre is one of the best ice cream shops. It stays busy all day and night frequently with lines.

I visited the RYoga studio just off of Settembre. I found them friendly and inviting; conducting classes in Italian and English for me. If you need a shoe repair, there is a great one on Bellisario (Neno I think is the name). Also walking distance just beyond the Ryoga studio. The ritzy area by the American Embassy is also an easy walk.

This was our first stay that had American channels and a washer and dryer. It was just a beautiful apartment and we would stay here again when visiting Rome. The stairs to the second bedroom might be challenging to some. The stairs are only about 10 and the ceiling is low about 5.5 but I'm 57 and I managed just fine.

The locals in the area were so pleasant and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks again Antonella and Sergio

Really amazing apartment. Great location close to metro and tourist hop on hop off bus.

  • 5 of 5

We were met at the stylish and quirky apartment by friendly housekeeper who talked us through everything. The air conditioned apartment is fully equipped to a high standard. Although we ate out every evening we could easily have entertained here. Our teenage children loved the mezzanine bedroom. There's many restaurants to choose from close by - and the best ice cream parlour in Rome. Strongly recommend this as your base for any trip to Rome.

Rome’s famous churches, fountains, squares, museums and monuments start almost from the moment you walk out the door.

Walk in one direction past the Sir Basil Spence designed British Embassy to Michelangelo’s Porta Pia.

In the other direction you find the stunning Piazza della Repubblica off which is the equally stunning Santa Maria degli Angeli e dei Martiri Basilica, whilst Santa Maria della Vittoria, the finest Baroque church in Rome (possibly Europe) on Via XX Settembre and Via Nazionale are also all within a few minutes walk.

Keep going and you’ll be at the Quirinale, Trevi Fountains, Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori and Colosseum and all the major sights in a matter of minutes.

Or take a different route and walk through the beautiful Villa Borghese towards the Spanish Steps and Piazza del Popolo and across to the Vatican.

The apartment is right next to the British Embassy.
