No 8 Estuary View is a contemporary and yet cosy apartment with a nautical decor and all the modern amenities, wifi, dishwasher, washing machine etc. The apartment is in a beautiful old building with its own parking space and is also wheel chair accessible. It's elevated position offers amazing views of the Estuary, flushing harbour and the headlands of St Mawes. These views can be enjoyed from the master bedroom, lounge and patio. The apartment offers 2 large bedrooms, one a super king size double, and the other a double and a single with 2 bathrooms. One shower room and another larger bathroom for a luxury bath. The kitchen is beautifully decorated and fully equipped for every kind of cook. The living room is the perfect place to relax with its patio doors leading onto the balcony and lots of comfy sofas and cushions.

This stunning property is perfectly positioned to enjoy the local facilities in Falmouth including fabulous restaurants, cafes, shops and antiques all a short stroll away. The beautiful beaches of Falmouth are a short distance away and the estuary provides a large variety of sailing and boat trips.

The perfect property for relaxing / exploring or adventuring all that Falmouth and the surrounding areas have to offer.

I stayed at this property for three nights with my two children, and a friend. Although only two bedrooms it worked perfectly - me and the kids in one room, which had a double bed and a single, and my friend in the 2nd room, which had a huge king size bed.



The property has amazing views across the harbour and is ideally located for the town. It is just a couple of minutes walk and you're right in the centre. The house is well furnished, and during our visit we didn't feel anything was missing. The only thing to watch out for is parking - there is one space, but if you arrive in more than one car you'll need to park on the street. Having said that we found a space on the street right outside.



All in all, a very nice place for a short break.

Comfortable flat with lovely views

Ideally situated flat to be able to walk into Falmouth to visit the various visitor attractions and busy shopping centre (includes a good number of independent traders). Also close to (2 to 5 minutes walk away) to open green spaces for quick morning and evening dog walks. Off street parking in private car park. The accomodation was comfortable and warm and adequately equipped kitchen. Lovely views of estuary which we could enjoy with morning coffee on open shared space at front of flat (overlooked by flats above). There is no barrier between the kitchen and the main sitting room so would advise bringing a crate for dogs to sleep in. The owner sent through easy instructions and was easily contactable.

Lovely views and in a great location

The property has been very tastefully decorated and is a very comfortable place to stay. The kitchen is a great size and well equipped and the bedrooms are comfortable. Some sort of table or dressing table would have been good so that you had somewhere to put make-up or jewellery. The views from the terrace were lovely and it is a very easy walk into town for shops, bars and restaurants. We had a great time.

Lovely weekend away

Lovely place to stay with an amazing view. Lots to do nearby without having to drive and the bars and pubs are a hive of activity of there are quiet coffee shops and cafes if needed.

Falmouth is home to Cornwall's National Maritime museum, Pendennis Castle and Rick Steins new restaurant and fish & chips.

There are passenger ferries to St Mawes and past wooded creeks and pretty hamlets to villages along the Fal and Helford Rivers.

There are diving and sailing schools, yacht charter, skippered cruises, water sports centres, whale and dolphin watching and fishing trips.

Falmouth's beaches, Gyllyngvase, Swanpool, Castle and Maenporth all have lovely white sands. Opposite Swanpool beach there is a tranquil nature reserve teaming with the local wildlife.
