A stunning interior designed new 2 bedroom luxury apartment located on Santa Maria Golf Course in Elviria. Elevated position overlooking the main pool, with option of another pool adjacent to apartment and a further two pools on the complex, unusually large south facing terrace with panoramic golf, sea and mountain views. The apartment is one of the best locations on the complex.

Rental price includes wifi, taxes, cleaning, meet and greet service and IPTV providing English Television Channels.

Fully furnished and equipped, the apartment is alarmed for your security and accessible directly from the garage by elevator. The apartment has no stairs being laid out all on one level.

The property is tastefully furnished with options for both indoor and outdoor dining.

An excellent base for both golfers and families from which to visit Marbella and its famous historical old town and designer shops; Puerto Banus, the millionaire's paradise port with luxury yachts and excellent restaurants where you can people watch the rich and famous or Cabopino, a pretty harbour with cafes and fresh seafood.

Besides the outstanding Santa Maria Golf, one of the oldest and most picturesque golf courses in Spain, there are several challenging golf course within a short drive.

The best beaches on the Costa del Sol are within 5 mins including the wide sandy stretches of White Pearl Beach and the uber trendy Nikki beach club.

Local family attractions include Tivoli World, Aqualand, Zoo park, and the incredible Amazonian climbing experience. Summer months the beach offers fun boats for the kids, and jet skiing/water skiing for the adults.

Easily accessible as a day trip are he famous white villages of Andalucia, La Ronda or the cities of Granada, Seville and Cordoba.

Winter sunshine is in abundance, and within an hours drive is skiing in the Sierra Nevada mountains.

My husband David and I are British (English and Scottish) , however, we have recently moved to Switzerland where my husband works for Roche Pharmaceuticals and prior to that Barclays Bank. We enjoy visiting different countries in Europe both on business and on holidays. As we have moved to Switzerland we are currently learning German. I speak some Spanish and French also. We enjoy travelling, beautiful scenery, and outdoor activities.

Why Celia and David Robertson chose Marbella area

We chose this property because of the outstanding views and location. We fell in love with the breathtaking views of the Mediterranean sea sparkling in the sunlight and the views of Gibraltar and Africa. We also found Elviria to be the best location on the Costa del Sol, it has everything we need but is quiet, and has the best beaches with the most sunshine (due to the angle of the coast, the beaches catch the sun well into the evening). When we arrive in Elviria we immediately relax. There is also a great choice of golf to suit all levels, and we took up golf in 2012 and enjoy a round or two when we visit.

Amazing Views, Best Part of Marbella

Lovely apartment, nice furniture and lots of extra touches to make life easy. Fabulous views. Very nice part of Marbella. Easy to get to a good golf range, and a choice of golf courses besides the one the apartment overlooks. Well served location with plenty of shops and restaurants to get everything you need.

Great apartment

We loved this apartment from the moment we walked in. It is very homely, reasonably spacious, well furnished and beautifully clean. It is well located and only a couple of minutes drive to the main shops, restaurant and lovely beaches. It has a good size terrace again with nice outdoor furniture and a stunning view all the way down to the beach. Wifi isn't bad, about 8mb, which for Spain is pretty good. Clare who met us on arrival and before we left is very nice too and will answer any questions you have. Overall this is one of the better apartments we have rented in the area and will definitely re book for next year.

A comfortable stay in Elviria

The property is of a very high standard and in a great location in terms of quiet with great views. The large pool is really nice just a short walk from the apartment. It is necessary to have a car because of location but really good for ease of getting to all the places you want to visit.

Furniture all good, and beds very comfortable which is a number 1 requirement for us, so great sleeping, perfect place.

Very hot on the balcony and although there are curtains we felt an or orning ould be better. Overall great stay and we will return.

Comfortable, spacious apartment with stunning views.

We have stayed in this apartment for three weeks and have only nice things to say about it. Situated in the Elviria hills apartment has stunning views. Overlooking beautiful golf course Los Lagos Santa Maria.

It is very well equipped and clean. Felt like being home from home. Did not miss anything even travel cot and a high chair were provided.

Surrounding areas are also very well maintained. Swimming pools clean bit fresh as it was early in the season but didn't put us off from dipping in.

We rented a car from second week onwards as it was getting hot and pushing baby up the hill was proving bit of a struggle. Would definitely recommend renting a car as it gave us opportunity to visit different beaches, markets, Marbella, Puerto Banus and Gibraltar.

Eating out was good too. Puerto Banus has plenty of very good restaurants overlooking Marina.

One restaurant which we would not recommend is Tapas situated on the square in Elviria. Maybe we were just unlucky but definitely no go for us.

We would definitely recommend this apartment to our friends.

Elviria is one of the most desirable areas of Marbella. A highly sought after yet unspoilt area with all amenities. It lies adjacent to the best beaches of the Costa Del Sol under a backdrop of mountains covered in UNESCO protected cork forest. Elviria has an enviable micro climate, the mountain protecting from winter cold, and sea breezes cooling summer heat.

The apartment has stunning panoramic views of golf, sea, mountains, Gibralta Rock and the African coast line. Marbella and Puerto Banus are a few minutes away, and an excellent road network allows easy connections to drive to La Ronda, Seville, Granada, and Cordoba for day trips. Besides first rate beaches, Elviria offers Santa Maria Golf, a stunning 18 hole course, one of the very best on the Costa Del Sol. Within a few minutes drive there is a further choice of over a dozen other top golf courses. Tennis and bowling green are available at Santa Maria Golf.
