Villa With Very Large Garden And Pool, Private Plot, Superb Location

The villa is situated in an ideal location in central Protaras, 5 minutes walk from the main tourist street and best beach in the area, but far enough away to enjoy your privacy and undisturbed rest.

This villa has an unusually large mature garden with a big 10x5m swimming pool, grassed area and lots of patio/verandah space to enjoy the best of outdoor living in the beautiful sunny Cypriot climate.

It has 4 double bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms, one main bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet. An open-plan living, dining and kitchen area opens invitingly on to the veranda and pool area and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests.

The kitchen has modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and oven. The living room has a large LCD TV, DVD player and Nintendo Wii games console and the dining area has an attractive wooden table with 8 chairs.

The villa was built in 2006 and was previously used as a holiday home and is therefore modernly decorated and equipped throughout and in very good condition. The villa was first let out in 2011.

I was born in South Wales and moved to Cyprus in 2006. My wife is Cypriot and we both currently live in Nicosia. We are in our mid 30s and expecting our first baby. I am a professionally qualified accountant and my wife works for a local bank.

Why Terry Kiely chose Protaras

We consider Protaras has the best beaches in Cyprus and among the best in Europe. This coupled with the more family orientated atmosphere compared to nearby Ayia Napa meant it was the best choice for us when considering where to buy.

After much searching and seeing many villas which were very similar to each other - small 3 bedroomed villas on cramped complexes on the outskirts of the town - we jumped at the chance to buy this villa because we felt it had so much more to offer.

The location is perfect - walking distance to the strip and beaches but also offers peace and quiet. The large garden and pool allow for plenty of fun with kids and enjoying the most of the wonderful climate and outdoor lifestyle that Cyprus has to offer.

The villa is part of a luxury development, on the edge of a forest. There is plenty of privacy and space around the villa, this allows for undisturbed sunbathing and a gentle and relaxing breeze in the evening to counter the sunny weather.

Ultimately the villa was purchased with a view to using ourselves in the future when we have a larger family.

Fantastic villa definitely book this villa again

This 4 bedroom 3 bathrooms 4 loos villa is beautiful and only 5 minutes walk to Eden square In the heart of Protaras.

There was 6 adults and plenty of room and extras for oyr 1st wedding anniversary, the pool is lvly 5mts by 10mts plus lots of space all around the villa. The pool was cleaned twice a week and the gardenrs also came to tidy the grounds . The villa is like home from home with all the extras i.e dishwasher

Washing machine large tv with satellite channels and also a games console and a andriod box to watch films concerts tv programmes ect .

We will definitely be booking another 2 weeks end September 2017 as its still hot but not unbearable Lidi is just down the rd and you have use of a shoppin trolly which surprisingly holds a good amount plus easier to get back loaded up with wot ever u buy .

Cyprus and the Protaras Area

The island of Cyprus enjoys a hot and sunny climate all year round and is therefore a popular holiday destination for sun and sea lovers. The Famugusta area is home to the most popular holiday resorts on the island, including Protaras and Ayia Napa and has the best white, sandy beaches on the island with clear turquoise-blue waters.

Protaras has become a popular resort in the last 15 years with dozens of large hotels, restaurants, pubs and all the other facilities of a modern holiday resort. It is quieter than Ayia Napa with less of a club scene and has become known as a resort which caters more for families and local tourists.

Surrounding Area and local Activities

The villa is situated in central Protaras, with the busiest street, beaches and facilities of the main resort just 5-10 minutes walk away. This allows easy access to a wide range of facilities without the need of a car and provides a great variety of things to do for all the family within a short distance from the villa.

In particular, the main resort has a wide variety of water sports, boat trips, diving excursions and other activities found at the beach, as well as a large number of restaurants with all types of popular cuisine, pubs offering evening entertainment and live televised sport events and other shows, cafes and many shops. For the kids there are two mini golf play grounds and lunar parks a short walk away. We would also recommend the pottery shop close by where kids can design and make their own creations and there is also a small aquarium a short car journey.

The beautiful views from Capo Greco and the lively resort of Ayia Napa are both a short drive or bus ride away.

The villa is situated on its own separate plot of land just on the edge of the main resort in a quiet, peaceful area. The location is therefore perfectly suited to those who wish to be in the centre of the action and close to the popular beaches, without jeopardising the luxury of their own peace, quiet and privacy when needed.
