Aspen Meadows Ranch is a luxury estate situated at 8,400' on 600+ private acres nestled in the mountains, overlooking several meadows of aspen, pine trees, and a small, private pond which is stocked with trout in the spring for catch-and-release fishing (we provide two fishing poles). The home features a grand 2-story Living Room with beautiful timber details and soaring windows.

This mountain estate is ideal for large families, corporate retreats, and small group gatherings. This home offers several gathering spaces both inside, and on the spacious outdoor living areas.The owners have created a ranch and mountain lifestyle close to amenities, unlike anything else you will find in the foothills of Denver. Our goal is for our guests to leave relaxed and invigorated after staying at Aspen Meadows Ranch!

Please note: We are firm on our pricing and minimum number of nights and are unable to accommodate requests for discounted nightly rates or shorter stays. The minimum night requirement ranges from three nights to six nights, depending on the season, and our seasonal pricing does vary. Our minimum booking age is 30. When inquiring, please include the following details that will help us determine if this home is a good fit for your group and give us info needed for the contract:

-Your age and if you are an all-adult group, the average age of your group members.

-The maximum number of adults and kids that you will have (even if you don't yet have final numbers).

-Any day guests that you plan to have at the house.

-A little bit about the purpose of your visit to CO. What brings you out, what are some of the activities planned?

• 8 large bedrooms, with at least a king or queen bed; 2 of the

bedrooms are suites with private bathrooms.

• 7,200 square feet.

• Sleeps up to 22 guests in beds (2 per king/queen),

• 6 total bathrooms.

• Living Room with 2-story ceilings, a wall of windows for

incredible views, and a center fireplace.

• Formal Dining Room with seating for ten.

• Open Kitchen concept with granite countertops, and open

facing the Living Room and formal Dining Room. Perfect for

entertaining. The Kitchen also features a breakfast nook

with a wood stove and cozy sitting area.

• Comfortable Family Room with multiple seating and activity


• Rec Room including shuffleboard, pool table, & media area.

• Outdoor hot tub, fire pit, and multi-level deck areas with

seating for outdoor dining, including a private deck off of the

master bedroom.

• 600+ private acres.

• 3-car garage.

This home is located in the mountains and although we are vigilant with having the driveway plowed in the wintertime, we highly recommend 4-wheel drive vehicles. The roads are easy to navigate in the summertime, no special vehicle needed. Please note that the final 1.5 miles of road leading to the house and the 3/4 mile driveway are unpaved but well maintained,

Sleeps 22 in beds (double occupancy), plus two in pull-out couch beds. House has 15 bed options, including the 2 pull-out couches.


We recommend having no more than 4-6 vehicles at the house for ease of parking and turning around at the top of the driveway. We have a children's playset in the back yard, a basketball hoop near the house, and a hiking trail on the property. There is a wood-burning firepit on the back deck and we provide a starter set of wood for our guests! (Please note: Colorado weather can be dry; we will inform our guests when a county fire ban is in effect and the firepit will not be able to be used. Thank you for your understanding!)

WE DO NOT ALLOW WEDDINGS, REHEARSAL DINNERS, BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE PARTIES, OR OTHER FORMAL GATHERINGS AT THE PROPERTY. House parties (having day guests), unless pre-approved in writing with correct details, are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction and additional fees. Day guests will be charged for at $25 for each day guest per day, if not pre-approved in writing. Day guests are any guests beyond those paying to spend the night.

Summer bookings (June, July and August) require a 5-night stay with a check-in on Sunday or Monday (sometimes Tuesdays will work; please inquire). Please plan to check in on a Sunday for 7-night stays. In late spring, we reduce the summer nightly minimum to 4 nights for the remaining open summer dates which are reflected on our pricing schedule at that time.

Christmas and New Year's bookings require a 5-night minimum and are two separate reservation blocks. Christmas dates can be reserved between December 20 and 26th, New Year's reservations can be reserved between December 27 and January 6.

If you are a traveling sports team, please note that we require a 1:1 ratio of adults to kids (siblings and players). More adults are okay. If you have a special situation, please feel free to inquire.

Smoking outside only and absolutely no pets. Violation of these policies will result in a full forfeiture of deposit.


• We are 45 minutes from Downtown Denver.

• We are 30 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater

• We are an hour and 15 minutes from the Denver Airport (DEN).

• We are just over an hour to the major ski slopes – Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, Winter Park.

• We are about 40 minutes to the major casinos in Black Hawk.

• Mount Evans is about a 30 minute drive.

Evergreen offers hiking, lake activities, amazing restaurants and continuous summer festivals.

Cancellation policy:

• Reservations cancelled 90 days or more prior to your arrival date receive a full refund less a $200 service fee and the VRBO service fee.

• Cancellations less than 90 days in advance will not receive a refund.

• No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason.

• No cancellations due to weather.

Cancellation insurance:

When you purchase your stay through VRBO/Homeaway, they do offer cancellation insurance that you can purchase. We suggest reading the fine print if you decide to buy this insurance since we have no control over their regulations.

Confirmation of dates:

Please note that we sometimes receive multiple inquiries for the same dates and reservations are ONLY confirmed once payment has been made. Unfortunately we cannot hold dates.

Availability of property:

If something happens to the point that the house is not habitable, owner is only responsible to refund any received payment for unused nights. We take great pride in our properties, but guests must realize that things break, and owner has a team available to address any problems that may occur. No refunds will be available if owner makes reasonable efforts to correct these problems during the guests stay, and the house is still habitable.

I have a love and passion for houses…over the years I have fix and flipped several homes, moved a handful of houses, completed construction on builder-abandoned homes, and managed dozens of rental properties. About the Owners:

I grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland and each summer when it got hot and humid on the Chesapeake Bay, my family would take a road trip to Colorado to escape the heat and spend some time on this ranch in the foothills of Denver. While we did not have a house here at the time, some of my best childhood memories are of camping on the ranch amid the lush and cool Aspen forests. We would take long hikes, exploring the property and the neighboring national forest and occasionally we would also ride on horseback to venture further out. Days were filled with rock climbing, picnics by the lake and spending quality time together. Evenings included campfires and incredible meals with friends and family, watching the sunsets. Naturally, when it came time to raise my own family, my wife Katie and I decided to build our dream home on this magical property. Now we begin another chapter of our lives in Denver as our kids, Maria and JP go to school “down the hill.” As we could not imagine giving up our home on the ranch, we decided instead to rent it to select groups of folks looking for the true Colorado experience. We have spent the last several years creating beautiful spaces in our home to entertain family and friends. What makes this estate unique

Aspen Meadows Ranch is a very special place and the house we have built here embodies the Colorado lifestyle. This home is spacious with soaring ceilings and lots of glass to take in the surrounding natural beauty including 14,000 foot Mt. Evans as well as the ranch valley below with meadows full of wildflowers meandering among conifer and Aspen forests. There are several outdoor decks and patios equipped with a speaker system, hot tub, fire pit and several seating areas to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the mountains. The house is built in a European Chalet style which enhances the mountain setting and the comfortable rooms lend themselves to entertaining and intimate gatherings. The ranch includes a seasonal stream that feeds a lake stocked with Rocky Mountain trout and many miles of hiking and mountain biking trails. It is also adjacent to 1,500 acres of national forest land that has additional trails that cannot be accessed except through the ranch. There is a perfect pre-breakfast hike that starts right from the house and ends at a lookout point where you can see Denver to the East, Mt. Evans to the west and the entire ranch below. This is a great way to start the day and decide which adventures to pursue, or you could decide to simply enjoy the amenities of our home or sleep the afternoon away in a hammock on the deck. Within a short 10-minute drive, you can also enjoy all that Three Sisters Open Space park has to offer. This popular park includes beautiful rock outcroppings, many miles of pristine hiking and biking trails and picnic facilities, it also has facilities for weddings and other large group gatherings. The town of Evergreen lies a mere 15 minutes from the ranch, offering many entertainment and dining options as well as a huge lake with hiking trails and a golf course.

Awesome vacation home, great for 3 families

We had such a wonderful stay at Aspen Meadows. We were a group of three families, each with kids. The house is the perfect set up for this arrangement as there were three distinct areas to separate our families by and we had plenty of room. The house was beautiful and clean and the manager, Cristine, was wonderful and easy to work with. We hope this home remains a vacation rental for a long time because we would love to come back in the future.

The views and the home were absoulutely beautiful!

This home was exactly what we were looking for in a vacation home! It had everything we needed and more. Christine was wonderful to work with during the booking process and always responded quickly. We had 18 people sleep, eat, and enjoy the house comfortably. We will definitely consider booking again. Loved it!

Absolutely everything we could have wanted!

This was an absolute gem in every way! The experience was fabulous and I could not have imagined a better place to gather my family and the rest of the wedding party for my daughters wedding in Evergreen. The house and the views were amazing and i have never stayed in a better conceived or better stocked house in all our travels.,from paper and markets for the kids, to all the movies, and the unbeilevably well stocked kitchen including essentials and spices ,it was truly like being home. We made it our home for the 4 days that we were there and everyone just loved it! What a beautiful setting and such a perfect place to be away with your family and or friends. Thank you Christine for all your help. You know I was nervous about the road if it had snowed and you did everything to help ease my mind. You were an absolute delight to work with and I really do plan to come back again to this magical property.

Incredible luxury home

Hello, Christine! We just returned home yesterday from Denver. Just wanted to let you know that our group LOVED the Evergreen property. The home is beautiful and comfortable at the same time. There is evidence of high quality everywhere...from the large slate tile flooring to the impressive stonework, to the vaulted beam ceilings, to the spacious gathering areas...the list goes on and on. Everything was well-organized..the labeling on the cabinets definitely made it easy to find what we needed. And the views!!! Absolutely amazing. The setting is so peaceful and quiet. We would definitely be interested in renting this property again in the future.

Mountain Luxury at its best.

Our time at this home was wonderful. Some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets I have ever experienced. Every room has an amazing view. This hidden treasure is a little piece of heaven. It's the kind of space you never want to leave. We even cancelled one of our days planned to be away at a ski resort to just stay and hike at the house. The wildlife in the yard was amazing and just a short drive to town for what ever you need. It's really just perfect.

There are so many great features about this home but one of our favorite features was the speakers everywhere. We could cook dinner and listen to our favorite music while moving around the house getting everyone rounded up to eat.

Just as important as an stunning home is the manager of the property, Christine manages the property amazingly, she handled any questions we had promptly. Every detail has been seen to here, she has done an incredible job of making sure the time you have at this property is as perfect as possible.

We have already booked our return trip to this house in 9 months.

Stunning place! It had everything you could think of or want in a beautiful mountain retreat!
