3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom With Panoramic Views Over Maspalomas Until The Sea

The bungalow consists of two merged bungalows on a plot of 406m2 and the living space is 140m2. At the entrance you find a guest toilet and a cosy lounge. From the lounge you get to the dining room, to the kitchen which is fully equipped and to a second salon. The master bedroom with en suite bathroom as well as two more bedrooms and one shower bathroom are one the same floor. The entire house is renovated and equipped with air conditioning and a music system with built-in speakers and possible connections for I-phone or I-pod. Wifi available. Both the salon and the dining area lead to the very spacious front terrace with panoramic views until the sea. On this terrace there is a beautiful gazebo which serves as a tea house. The complex includes a very large community pool.

Excellent spacious accomadation

First class all round. We read all the reviews and as far as we can see all the issues mentioned have been dealt with. We had no problems with the hot water supply, internet or hob/oven. We arrived much earlier than we thought, rang Lilian and she was there within 5 mins. The location was perfect. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed as a family group of 5 adults and 2 children (7 & 2).

The bungalow was exactly as advertised, a real home from home.

Clean and spacious, a real credit to the owner.

The shared pool is excellent, more like a private pool as most of the time we were the only people using it.

Quiet location and not overlooked.

Small supermarket across the road.

Local bus stop outside supermarket for trips to Water park, Zoo, Puerto Rico etc.

Short walk (20 min) to Holiday world.

Short walk (15 min) to Yumbo centre.

Master bedroom with double bed, walk in wardrobe, en-suite with shower toilet and sink.

2nd bedroom with double bed, wardrobe.

3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, wardrobe.

2 Large living spaces with couches and tv's (1 living space has a double pull out bed).

Separate shower room with toilet and sink.

Separate toilet.

Large Kitchen

Dinning area with table and chairs.

Large patio with sun beds, table, chairs and very large sun shade.

We asked at the time of booking for the best way to transfer to and from the airport, Vincent arranged for us to be met in the arrivals hall and all went without a hitch (even picked us up at 4.00 a.m. for our return flight).

Would not hesitate to return.

Lovely villa in great location

We had high expectations of this villa after reading the reviews and on the whole we weren't disappointed.

The positives were, met as agreed with the local rep, friendly, helpful and she made a great start to the holiday for us - no stress check in. Villa is huge and well maintained - was clean and loads of space ( there were only 3 adult in our party though ) - very well equipped kitchen and it's more than possible to cook and dine in the villa. Large patio area with everything you need to relax. Beds were comfy and great black out blinds to aid sleep - no road noise and no passing tourists also made for good nights sleep. Well located in the resort and a reasonable small supermarket literally opposite the villa. Also ability for a late afternoon check out was awesome.

There were however a few issues that whilst didn't massively prove negative for us, they certainly caused some frustration.

First was the wifi - the reception whilst in the main living room and patio areas was fine - ability to maintain a decent connection in the bedrooms was hit and miss - movement of the actually wifi router to a more central area in the villa will solve this easily - but we also suffered from the wifi randomly losing connection - whilst we appreciate an unreliable wifi signal won't be an issue for everyone, as a group of younger guys this did effect us !!.

Second was the constant 'tripping' of the electricity whenever the dishwasher or iron was on was frustrating as we would go out, leave the air con on and come back to a hot villa because the power had tripped hours earlier. I'm unsure how complex this would be to rectify - but clearly the circuit shouldn't be tripping this easily ??.

Lastly, was the reliability of hot water - as stated, there was only 3 of us staying in this villa that can accommodate 8 - we couldn't use the showers straight after each other as the hot water would go cool after the first person having a 5 minute shower - we learnt to deal with this by staggering our shower times - easy with just 3 adults, but I would imagine having 4+ could be a challenge. I'm unsure if the property is serviced by a tank, but an on demand boiler would be better suited to a property of this size.

We were desperate to give this property 5 stars as on the whole we had a great time here, but the 3 frustrations above really need to at least be looked into by the owner.

In summary, we would recommend this property and would stay again in the future.

Very good, spacious property

We had a lovely holiday here. The property is well resourced and the terrace outside very spacious. The house lights were too dim, and some lights need replacing. The pool though large is unheated so impossible to use in the winter. The parking space outside was useful but backed right onto the roundabout so was sometimes difficult to get out of. The beds were comfortable but the master bedroom does need a larger duvet for the king size bed. It didn't cover it properly. The rooms were well proportioned and it was very useful to have two bathrooms and a cloakroom. The kitchen was well resourced. It would have been useful to have instructions for the hob, as this took a while to work out! The fridge and freezer were great. There was ample seating in the lounge/ dining areas, and lots of loungers provided for outside. You can see the dunes in the distance and walk there in about 15-20 mins. The shop over the road is very useful and well stocked. There is a range of restaurants about 10-15 mins walk away. A very good stay, thank you.

Dear Vincent,

Having just returned from PDI, I felt compelled to write a review, stating how very much my friends and I were impressed with not only your beautifully well equipped and spacious bungalow, which gave way to splendid views from its terrace, but also it's fantastic location, sitting just across from a friendly German/ Austrian Bar and SPAR Supermarket.

So conveniently situated to most amenities, e.g. shops, gym, Yumbo, Bus Stop & Taxi Rank among others (with the exception of walking distance to a beach), it remained quiet and peaceful throughout.

The area was easy to navigate to and from, attractive, clean and well laid out which was most pleasing for the unsuspecting tourist in us all!!

With out hesitation, I would definitely recommend your accommodation to others.
