HIGH QUALITY AND GREAT LOCATION. Magnificent 140m2 DOWNTOWN APARTMENT on 1st floor with elevator. 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (. PEOPLE. CONSULT WITH THE PREFERRED) Ideal for families and groups. Located between the PLAZA DE LA ALFALFA and the famous PLAZA DEL SALVADOR. A 5 or 10 minute walk from the TRIANA neighborhood, the CATHEDRAL and other emblematic monuments (Giralda, Alcazar, Archivo de Indias, Theaters of Maestranza and Lope de Vega, Torre del Oro, Maestranza bullring, etc.) .

The apartment is SPACIOUS and very COMFORTABLE, and is decorated with great elegance since the owner of the property is professionally dedicated to Interior Design. The building in which it is located was built in 1922, on the occasion of the Ibero-American Fair of Seville, by the architect Espiau, who also designed the famous Hotel Alfonso XIII. On the other hand, the apartment, inside, was recently restored by the famous Sevillian architect Guillermo Vázquez Consuegra.

The large and bright living room opens its large windows to the square of the Church of San Isidoro, in the neighborhood of La Alfalfa, a district of great tradition in Seville. It has a dining table and chairs for 8 people, and 2 large sofas handcrafted. It has a flat TV of good size and numerous objects of decoration that create a very welcoming atmosphere.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with all kinds of utensils and small and large appliances: washing machine, refrigerator, gas cooker, oven, microwave, juicer, toaster, water heater, coffee makers, etc. In addition, to have soap for the washing machine and for the crockery, we leave our customers a small reception of olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar and various teas.

The apartment has 4 BEDROOMS, one of them with a large double bed, and the other 3 with 2 single beds joined each one of them. The mattresses are made of latex and viscoelastic, the pillows and the nordic ones are made of fiber and the bedding is all of the best white cotton. Most of the bedrooms are fitted with built-in wardrobes, covered in wood and with drawers and coat racks perfectly distributed. They also have furniture and other valuable objects such as antique lamps and dressers and, both the bedrooms and the living room and other rooms, are decorated with original paintings of different artistic styles.

The apartment also has 2 COMPLETE BATHROOMS, elegantly finished and fully equipped: shower tray with glass partition, washbasin, bidet and WC. They also have a hair dryer and a set of white cotton towels per person, plus hand soap, body wash, shampoo, toilet paper and cream and make-up remover cottons.

All the main rooms have powerful AIR CONDITIONING machines to combat the summer heat in Seville, as well as CENTRAL HEATING BY RADIATORS programmable in winter.

Great location in Seville

This was a very clean, quiet and convenient location to stay in the centre of Seville with parking just around the corner. Walking distance to many of the sites, restaurants, cafes and grocery store. Our host, Carmen, was very nice and accommodating. Plenty of space and privacy for our family of six. The apartment and its location allowed us to make the most of our brief (3 day) visit to Seville.

Lovely spot

We had a great time at this little apartment. There was plenty of space to spread out (4 adults, 2 kids). We loved having a washing machine to do laundry halfway through our trip. Stefan had some great suggestions for food and activities. It was close to lots of things within walking distance -- in fact, we walked EVERYWHERE. It's a comfortable little place.

Large, comfortable apt close to sights

We (family of 5) enjoyed our stay. The apartment had plenty of room, basic food supplies were provided (coffee, olive oil, etc), very clean. The bedroom layout may not work for everyone (4th bedroom accessed only thru other bedrooms), but it was fine for us. You do need to walk up 1/2 a flight of stairs to reach the elevator. Family members who slept in the street- facing bedrooms reported hearing street noise at night; there was none in the back 2 rooms. Overall, we liked the apt very much.

Can't think of a better place to stay in Sevilla and be close to everything!

We rented the apartment for Holy Week and what a wonderful experience we had! Each night the parades came right through our neighborhood! It is such a great location, that it was only minutes to the Cathedral and many of the best sites in the city! The apartment is very spacious and filled with light. It would be hard to find a better place to stay than here.
