Magnificent CENTRAL APARTMENT of 140m2 on 1st floor with elevator. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 8 PAX. Ideal for families and groups. Located between the PLAZA DE LA ALFALFA and the famous PLAZA DEL SALVADOR. A 5 or 10 minute walk from the TRIANA neighborhood, the CATHEDRAL and other emblematic monuments (Giralda, Alcazar, Archivo de Indias, Theaters of Maestranza and Lope de Vega, Torre del Oro, Maestranza bullring, etc.) .

The apartment is SPACIOUS and very COMFORTABLE, and is decorated with much taste and elegance, since the owner of the property is professionally dedicated to Interior Design. The building in which it was built was built in 1922, on the occasion of the Ibero-American Feria de Sevilla, and the apartment, inside, was recently restored by the famous Sevillian architect Guillermo Vázquez Consuegra.

The large and bright living room opens its large windows to the square of the Church of San Isidoro, in the neighborhood of La Alfalfa, a district of great tradition in Seville. It has a dining table and chairs for 8 people, and 2 large sofas handcrafted. It has a flat TV of good size and numerous objects of decoration that create a very welcoming atmosphere.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with all kinds of utensils and small and large appliances: washing machine, refrigerator, gas cooker, oven, microwave, juicer, toaster, water heater, coffee makers, etc. In addition, to have soap for the washing machine and for the dishes, we leave to our clients a small reception of olive oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee and tea.

The apartment has 4 BEDROOMS, one of them with a large double bed, and the other 3 with 2 single beds joined each one of them. The mattresses are latex and viscoelastic, and the bedding is all white cotton. Most of the bedrooms are fitted with built-in wardrobes, covered in wood and with drawers and coat racks perfectly distributed. They also have furniture and other valuable objects such as lamps and antique Louis XVI style dressing rooms, and the bedrooms, living room and other rooms are decorated with original paintings.

The apartment also has 2 COMPLETE BATHROOMS, elegantly finished and fully equipped: shower tray with glass partition, washbasin, bidet and WC. There is also a hairdryer and a set of white cotton towels per person, plus hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper and cream and make-up disks.

All the main rooms have powerful AIR CONDITIONING machines to combat the heat of summer in Seville, as well as CENTRAL HEATING programmable in winter.

Great location in Seville

This was a very clean, quiet and convenient location to stay in the centre of Seville with parking just around the corner. Walking distance to many of the sites, restaurants, cafes and grocery store. Our host, Carmen, was very nice and accommodating. Plenty of space and privacy for our family of six. The apartment and its location allowed us to make the most of our brief (3 day) visit to Seville.

wonderful apartment

Beautiful and comfortable home away. I wish we could have spent more time in Sevilla. The accommodations were perfect and the owner and manager were both delightful. This apartment is in a perfect location to see and visit everything on foot. Wonderful restaurants just around the corner! Hope to go back some day!

Perfect location and amenities!

This was a fantastic space for the 5 of us to call home while we explored Sevilla. The home was spotless and exactly as the photos showed. Very close to groceries and all of the old town sites. Loved being so close to Alfafa Square and being able to walk out the front door and experience the wonderful people and culture of this part of Spain. Many thanks to Carmen who made us feel very welcome and ensured we were well oriented with the city to begin our adventures!

Couldn't be happier with our stay. Carmen was excellent, showed us everything we needed to know, kept in touch throughout the visit to make sure we We're having a great time, and arranged last minute transportation and sights for us. The customer service was the best I have had on any Short term rental experience. The apartment was well kept, beautifully decorated, huge space, and in a perfect location. I wish we had more time to explore the incredible neighborhood and culture of Seville. When we come back we will definitely stay here.

A gorgeous apartment in the heart of Sevilla

This is a lovely apartment right in the heart of Sevilla. The location is great - it is centrally located close to the Cathedral, Alcazar, Jewish Quarter and many other sights. The photos are very accurate - the apartment is gorgeously decorated and well appointed. The bathrooms are clean and there is a full kitchen with a washer for laundry. Best of all, the AC worked wonderfully during the hot June days! It was perfect for our stay - we are two families of 4 people. Lastly, I cannot say enough good things about Carmen who manages the property. She helped us check in efficiently, gave us great tips for taxis/sight seeing and helped us check out and get to the train station. She was a key part of making our stay in this amazing apartment so wonderful.

Excellent stay in Sevilla!

Our family enjoyed a most excellent stay in Sevilla! Pepe was very prompt and kindly responded to our emails within hours of our correspondence. Carmen was wonderful and provided us with first class attention. We have stayed in many apartments throughout the world and were very impressed with the care and attention that they provided. The apartment itself was very comfortable and quite spacious. The location was perfect...we walked everywhere with ease. This is our home away from home in Sevilla!

From the apartment you can easily walk to all areas of tourist interest. A pleasant walk through the pedestrian areas of the city, within minutes you can reach monuments as emblematic as La Giralda, the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Archivo de Indias, the Torre del Oro or wonderful BARRIO SANTA CRUZ.
