The Reserve is a gated development completed in 2009 comprised of six luxurious waterfront residences overlooking a large swimming pool, set within 12,000 sq.ft of lush tropical gardens. The Reserve affords private dockage where yachts can be safely moored, ready to cruise around the Caribbean’s wonderful inlets. The property is on the waterfront providing both a spectacular view as well as a pleasant breeze from the Atlantic trade winds all year round!

The unit is furnished with fully fitted kitchen, a utility room with a washer/dryer, a powder room followed by an open plan dining and sitting area that opens onto a large covered patio overlooking the swimming pool and the private marina beyond. Both master and guest bedrooms are equipped with en-suite bathrooms and private terraces to provide the level of privacy and comfort you desire. Each unit comes with secure car parking and private boat dockage spaces for your rental car or boat.

The Reserve offers an unparalleled advantage due to its strategic position. Loved the accommodation, beautifully furnished, large warm swimming pool. Property kept very clean by Genie who also showed us the fruit market in Castries and the local doctors when I was ill. Could get a water taxi from the mooring at the end of the garden. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to restaurants. Would have liked to have stayed longer.

Just beautiful!

We had a very enjoyable week here before Christmas. The setting is just perfect, with a glorious view looking out across the immaculate garden and pool to the marina. The covered veranda is particularly nice as it provides great privacy as well as shelter from the occasional rain storm. There were 2 other apartments occupied whilst we were there (one by owner-occupiers and one long term let), they were lovely neighbours and the space and design meant it was still very private. We had the pool to ourselves every time we used it and there was always a choice of sun beds and help, from Mark the gardener, putting up parasols. Pool was not warm but refreshing and very relaxing as it has such a lovely view. Security is excellent with a guard on duty all night. There was half day housekeeping provided 6 times a week. Kitchen was well equipped (although no microwave) and we appreciated the 'starter packs' provided with essentials like tea, coffee, milk and even a jug of rum punch. There is a washing machine (powder provided) and a covered drying area. The living area is spacious and comfortable with a massive television, although we sat outside most of the time. Front bedroom has a glorious view and the balcony is very pleasant. Back bedroom is very nice although balcony overlooks the road and is unfurnished. Both have spacious bathrooms with walk in showers. Trade winds cool the property beautifully so need for air con was minimal. Phone with $10 credit was provided which was thoughtful. Location is excellent, on a quiet road with supermarkets and a great selecion of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Beach is also easily accessible about 10 minutes walk away. Taxis are easily available and, although unmetered, always gave us roughly the same prices (agreed beforehand) for comparable journeys, so getting around without a car was very easy. We also used water taxis to visit our daughter and friends who were there having just completed the ARC Atlantic crossing. All in all, we were very glad we 'pushed the boat out' (it is certainly not a 'budget' option) - the reserve exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend.

Lovely holiday!

I'd definitely stay again - Villa Frangipani needed a few things worked on (time to replace those silver arm chairs, owners!) but overall it was a fantastic location and very comfortable. My brief one night stay in Villa Bougainvillea was perfect. Irene, Zan and Mark couldn't have been more helpful! Thanks, all!

Beautiful Condo with the perfect location.

Overall the condo was fantastic for its location to everything a vacationer needs and for the pool just steps from the patio. We had a few problems with appliances that we managed to get around. The condo owners provide housekeeping 6 days a week and a grounds guy and security. We weren't expecting that. There is no dryer if you intend to wash clothes. A close line out side is available. Ice maker didn't work. Blender didn't work. DVD remote doesn't work. No music player for I-pod. Wi-fi only works outside on the patio and pool/yard area.

Owner's Response: Hi Julie, Thank you for pointing out the items lacking in the apartment! Sadly equipment has a very short life-span in the Caribbean due to high humidity and salt content in the air. Throughout the low season in the autumn we have worked on maintenance and replaced faulty equipment. The ice-maker has been causing issues over a long period of time and the procurement of parts has been very difficult. We have tried a variety of specialized electricians on island and no-one has managed to get the ice-maker to work for a consistent period of time. The outcome is that we see no other option other than to replace the fridge. We encourage our clients to provide us with constructive feedback so that we can continue to provide a good service!
