Elegant 2-bedroom home, with dining room and balcony. You couldn’t get any closer to the ocean without being in the water. Situated on the 3rd floor of an elevator building, with an emphasis on organic amenities and upscale linens and towels. Come experience the peacefulness of the sea in any season.

Direct oceanfront property in a serene building. Swim during the day and take the train into New York City at night! Located in the east end of Long Beach, this spacious home rests on a quiet street, with the beach right outside the front door. Dining and nightlife are in close proximity, and even better, nearby salons and bistros abound. We are a convenient 50-minute train ride into New York City, with its museums, shopping, theater and clubs.

This is one of several properties managed by an experienced host who has been awarded Premier Status on VRBO.

The home is updated and has 1400 square feet of indoor living space, featuring an ocean view from every window. Enhancing those quarters is a private balcony. Facing the ocean, it’s the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or work. If you're lucky, you’ll have the thrill of watching the dolphins and whales at play.

Comfortable contemporary and antique furnishings are accented by eclectic décor. You’ll find the kitchen well-stocked, including a juicer and Vitamix. The dining room opens to the balcony, if you prefer taking your meals outdoors. For extra convenience, there is high-speed internet available for guest use.

The bedrooms are nicely sized and comfortably appointed, the organic mattresses topped with freshly laundered linens, cleaned just prior to your arrival. The master bedroom has a king mattress and attached bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen mattress and shares the hall bathroom.

Steps from your door is the entrance to the beach. Just a few blocks beyond, enjoy restaurants, cafes, shopping and nightlife. After dining, you can take a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk or on the beach.

Minutes away, the train station transports guests to the most popular sites in New York City: Times Square, the Metropolitan Museum of Art and world-renowned monuments, to name a few.

Cabs and bike rental stations are abundant in the area. If you favor your own vehicle, parking is available on nearby streets.

What you can expect: It is my aim to provide guests five-star amenities; the same touches that I appreciate when I travel: lodging located in a safe neighborhood, cleanliness, upscale linens and towels, comfortable mattresses, high-speed Internet and eclectic decor.

Incredible View. The stay exceeded our expectations!

This was the perfect choice for our beach getaway. Directly on the ocean with a great balcony. Every room has a full view of the ocean, and the beach is just steps away. The apartment was exactly as described - spotless, lots of light, quiet and safe. The furnishings are an eclectic mix of new and antique – and very comfortable. The photos really don’t do it justice. The amenities are all top notch, from the mattresses all the way down to the linens and towels. I was impressed with the responsiveness of the host who was genuinely interested in making our stay comfortable. She provided detailed directions, making it such that we really didn’t have any questions to ask of her. This is the best stay that we’ve ever had at a vacation rental. We can’t wait to come back and experience the ocean in the fall.
