About Mark Bradley
The apartment has been in my family for over 15 years and was my parents home for many of these years, they had been visiting Nerja ever since first discovering it in 1986! The whole family enjoy the central location, many cafe's & restaurants, nearby beaches, and quaint old town feel to the place, the famous Balcon de Europe is only a 6 minute walk away, no matter what time of year it is always a pleasure to stay in Nerja.

Why Mark Bradley chose Nerja
As mentioned above the property has been within the family for many years and when my mother decided to leave we were too reluctant to loose our contact with Nerja. Joanny's a popular restaurant with anyone that knows Nerja situated just around the corner always gives you a warm welcome. Hotel 34 is a Michelin rated restaurant on the carabeo offering al fresco dining overlooking the sea (amazing)! A short stroll away are numerous quality restaurants and bars suiting all tastes. The catholic church on the Balcon de Europe is a short stroll away making the property ideal for people attending weddings. The apartment has hosted bridal parties. The central location makes accessing all that Nerja has to offer within very easy reach, no car is needed. The property once inside is all level with no steps making it very accessible for buggies and people with mobility issues. There are 3 steps outside up to the sun terrace and pool.
What makes this Apartment unique
A short stroll across the road brings you to a small beach, if you walk around the rocks you are now on the main Burriana beach with its water sports, canoeing, restaurants and bars. Carlos supermarket on the Carabeo will deliver groceries to the apartment prior to your arrival. The private pool is very unusual within such a central location in Nerja and you can enjoy a glass of wine late at night on the terrace with soft outside lighting and pool light. The numerous cobbled streets of Nerja surrounding the apartment are a maze of shops,bars and restaurants which we are still exploring 20 years on. The recent installation of wifi allows guests to view any language TV and access the internet for those who need it.

Only a short stroll from Burriana beach in one direction and central Nerja and Balcón de Europe in the other. It’s perfect!

Brilliant property in a fantastic location, Mark (the owner) couldn’t be more helpful, and really went over and above what you would expect, organising a taxi from the airport, restaurant recommendations etc. Would definitely recommend this property and hope to return myself.
Perfect location. Very clean and comfortable.
Location was exactly as described. Less than 5 minute walk into the main shopping and entertainment area of Nerja and major tourist sites. Less than 5 minutes walk to several restaurants listed in the top 10 best places to eat in Nerja. No noise at night though. Our particular favourite was Cochran’s Irish bar. Felt totally safe walking around. Able to eat out well for less than 50euros (family of 5). Two pools to choose from. Slightly busier on communal rooftop pool but very peaceful in own private pool and comfortable outdoor seating area. Cracking pool for beginning swimmers. No need to pack heavy towels. Plenty in the apartment. Mark and Nick were very attentive when we had questions. Parking can be an issue. You really don’t need a car. If like us you get a bit bored and need to do something the bus stop was 10 min walk which took us to Frigliani and the caves. We got lucky on day 1 and parked the car for free on the street without moving it for first 5 days. If not so lucky parking is also available at 18Euros for 24 hours right beside the apartment. A walk up the Rio Chillar (3 minute drive then 10minute walk) from apartment was a highlight. And it’s free!!!

spacious apt, very clean and comfortable. Good beds with light weight duvets, quality towels and plenty of hanging/drawer space.
Having the main british tv channels was a boost also had regional bbc tv. the private pool and surrounding area was 1st class, no need for the beach!! Dishwasher was a bonus with a good supply of crockery, glasses etc and all matching paterns.washing machine, iron, iron board and hairdriers for an easy weeks holiday.

Location, Location, Location ...
Fantastic location - easy and scenic walk to the Balcon and Burriana.
You are paying for access to the pools (which are great) but the weather meant we didn't get the most out of these. Would recommend a taxi from Malaga (Nerja taxis are excellent) rather than a car as you won't need one.
Mark (the owner) is very responsive and accommodating - we were able to be flexible about checkout time on our last day which meant we could enjoy a final lunch at Maria Bonita (recommended!)

Central location, no car is necessary, a short walk to both the beach and town centre, numerous excellent restaurants / cafes, choice of beaches all within a couple of minutes walk.
Additional pricing information
We accept payment in Euros ( via bank transfer) as well as GBP. Please ask for details. There is some flexibility on arrival and departure dates. Most rental periods are for whole weeks or longer, short breaks are unusual. Deposit is non refundable. In peak season we accept only Saturday to Saturday bookings unless agreed previously with the owner.
