Sunny, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, terraces, barbecue, garden

In the heart of magic Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, in a local building, this apartment is located on the garden floor of the building, with direct and private access to the pool and surrounding garden.

Very comfortable, quiet, rented for long term rentals until end of November 2012, will be staged and new pictures issued beginning of December.

Living area opening to the garden, 2 nice bedrooms, all you need for a great vacation with your family any season as the pool is heated.

It take only 15 mn's walk to reach the village and shop for fresh croissant in the morning, but we do recommend to have a car, as there is easy parking next door to the apartment.

Only 20 mn's drive from Monaco and the same from Nice, steps from Villefranche sur mer for a medieval feeling in the historical town, and 5 mn's drive from main shops, restaurants on the port of St Jean, or to Beaulieu sur mer makes it a great location to be to explore the Riviera.

About Muriel Berdat

My name is Muriel, and I have been a property manager in the area for now over 20 years. Years spent trying to give the maximum service to all my guests, to share my love for the area, and my love for the local people too.

Many years ago, I have decided to manage and rent only apartments or villas that I would feel comfortable putting my own family in. To me they need to be spotless, and very very well equipped. Not just 2 skillets and 2 pots for 5 people, or only 4 plates ! A nice reward is when I hear : it's just like the pictures, but my best reward is actually : It's even better than in the pictures ! All the properties are well maintained, I always add little things here and there by listening to our guests comments.

Should you need anything during your stay, I can assure that even the impossible is sometimes done to fix anything as fast as possible. Lots of my guests have become friends and come back regularly. I love to travel, and I know how important a vacation is, especially when you come from far away.

In each of my properties, you'll find a book with all my little inside tips and information, to find the places to see, or to eat, and live like locals if you'd like !

As a property manager, by Law in France, I have a license, and I have an insurance up to 110 000 euro to protect owners and renters of any problem. To keep my license and my insurance, I am audited once a year. This is your best guarantee that I 'll always work my best to meet you needs and follow my ethic line and standard.

I am a the happy mother of 3 great children, a 18 year old and twins 11 years old, the wife of a great man of heart, and an elected city council of my little town Eze where I leave.

Why Muriel Berdat chose Nice Area

The owner of this property is part of an old Saint Jean Cap Ferrat family, owning this building but also the house next door.

Very involved in giving the right service, he's renovated all his properties with high standards. A home more than a rental, and as usual, a property I could as a property manager, put my own family in should say it all.

Close to the centre walking, but also a great starting point to take a walking tour of the Cap Ferrat to the Semaphore, or to simply relax in a quiet environment, a large garden, and a heated pool, suits families really well.

What makes this apartment unique

Close walk to the city centre, a little walk further to La Plage des Fosses in Saint Jean Cap Ferrat, located in the pine trees of the upper St Jean Cap Ferrat, great to run, exercise, or just take the tour of the Cap for a walk, birds, relaxing, great starting point to explore the Riviera, about 20 mn's drive to Monaco, and 20 mn's drive from Nice, Italian border 45 mn's away for a different feel, the Cap Ferrat just speaks for himself.

Beautiful Stay

Our stay was totally off-season, the weather was not great, but even so we had a wonderful stay in this beautiful property. It is fully equipped, comfortable, and very well located in order to enjoy the exquisite surroundings of Cap Ferrat. Customer service was excellent, the property is very well maintained and we would recommend this rental highly. Whether to find a tranquil setting in which to relax or an easy base from which to visit Nice, Monaco, Eze, Villefranche.....you won't be disappointed. Wonderful apartment with a great terrace and pool

The apartment was exactly what my expectations. It is very nicely furnished and decorated. The Flat was very clean and had everything you need for a nice holiday time. The Agency has the apartment accurately described and I am very happy to come back in the fall of 2014 and have recommended the apartment to friends.

The quaint immaculately kept Harbour village of St Jean Cap Ferrat is situated on the coast mid-way between Nice and Monaco and about 15 minutes drive from either. The local bus service from the village covers Nice, Monaco and Menton. Trains leave from near-by Beauleau going to Cannes and Italy. A day trip to the Ventimiglia's market in Italy is highly recommended. There are numerous walking paths around the Cap and cycling heaven awaits you. Visit Nice, famous for the Cours Saylia market in the old town with busy restaurants coffee shops and of course the fabulous Promenade de Anglais. For the fashion conscious Nice and Monaco offer shops for all tastes and budgets. Closer to home the medieval Mediterranean towns of Villefranche, Eze and Beaulieu are all on your doorstep and provide a great selection of fabulous traditional restaurants and browsing around interesting local shops. Don’t forget the Monaco Grand Prix in May.

The pool is heated. But as we always want to be fair, the pool cannot be heated if the outdoor temperature is below 15 degrees Celsius or 59 Fahrenheit. So, the pricing for May, June, July, August, September and October do include the heat of the pool, as we know the outside temperature is above 15 ° C. For the remaining months, November, December, January, February, March and April, we don't know in advance what temperature is going to be. So if the weather permits, the pool will be heated upon request, and 100 € charged per week to heat the pool, if we can heat it and you can use it. Otherwise, you won't have to pay for it.
