This villa is situated in the quiet residential area of 'Dream Hills', Los Altos and is a short drive from Torrevieja and other areas such as Villamartin & Playa Flamenca plus many Sandy beaches/coves & golf courses. There are bars, restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance.

The villa offers 3 bedrooms (2 double & 1 twin), 1 Family bathroom, 1 shower room, spacious living/dining areas and a fully fitted kitchen. The downstairs living dining room & the Master bedroom have welcomed air conditioning.

The kitchen has good facilities while the living room has a 32' LCD TV with some English/Spanish channels + a DVD player.

There is a private Solarium and also has a terrace off the Master bedroom and living room.

The villa has its own good size swimming pool that you can use all year round plus there are 2 larger communal pools that can be accessed throughout the summer months.

Finally for all the golfers out there there are several golf courses close by can provide excellent playing facilities & fantastic challenges.

The property also has its own driveway with space for one vehicle.

About The Owner

I have been holidaying in Torrevieja for the last 25+ years and have enjoyed my experiences over the years. I first owed shares in 2 properties closer to town and I rented these out to numerous friends and family members.

I bought 355 Dream Hills with the intention of living there but due to family circumstances I am unable to do this now but have continued to enjoy regular holidays there.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2002

Why The Owner chose Torrevieja Area

When I was looking at buying a property to fully own Dream Hills was the perfect place. I had wanted somewhere that provides tranquillity but also gives me lots of easily accessible amenities. Below are some of the amenities that attracted me.

The villa is a car distance from lots of beaches/coves and Torrevieja town. It has bars, restaurants and supermarkets close by that can be accessed on foot.

There are also vast amounts of open air markets that regularly go on in and around Torrevieja plus blanket trips that are arranged by Green tour (English run firm).

Several golf courses provide challenges for keen golfers and boast excellent courses.

I have watched my family enjoy holidays over the years and also people who have rented from me.

What makes this villa unique

The views from the top solarium are excellent and one of the main things that attracted me to this property. Plus the room for me to build a private pool and the fact everything is in easy reach whether it be by car or on foot.

Although there is only 5 official seats in the lounge the 3 seater settee will fit up to 4 people on it or 3 people on the 2 seater settee so will allow enough seats for up to 6 adults. The dining table is usually folded down to seat 4 people but will extend out and 2 more chairs are in the villa to allow ample room for 6 adults. In each bedroom there is enough space for either a further bed or cot and maybe available if you enquire for a extra cost.

well, I am going to have to start with a problem, a BIG problem.............we DIDN'T want leave!............the villa was more than suitable, it was so handy for supermarkets and the Via Park III, with bars /restaurants/etc. just around the corner, also buses were handy enough, once you find your way, to torrevieja and the la zenia shopping centre, both these places are taxiable, but , I did leave instructions in book in villa,.................the villa has pretty much all you need and is a sun trap.............the via park III is pretty good and close too!.............chinese restaurant is very good as is the indian the rest of the bars do good food also..............but didn't like the service in daves bar so only went once. but only a minor detail....................but really good week thanks for the rental..............................colin gill

mandy and ty stay 7/9/16

As we walked through the door into the villa it was so clean spacious and homely, there is absolutely everything you need and more for an amazing holiday, plenty towels, comfy beds, good showers, equipped kitchen, bbq (proper decent one) we had an amazing week we were sorry to leave, the pool is just gorgeous the highlight of our holiday the kids loved it, we personally thank julie fir being so helpful from the word go, such a lovely lady, thankyou for letting us stay in your gorgeous villa, also joe was brilliant he cleaned the pool a couple of times for us he was always full of good advice and just there if we needed him. The area of the villa is just lovely and a bit quiet but twominutes round the corner you have bars pharmacy restaraunts aldi , consum supermarket, bus links and lots more, we recommend the abbey pub especially if you are a family with kids, also the local bar/restaraunt opposite the abbey was great, zenia boulevard was brilliant for both eating and shopping, also the main part of torrevieja isnt far, everything really is on your doorstep although you feel your in a haven of privacy its just perfect, we will be returning next year xxxxx

Perfect home from home in the sun

Had a lovely stay once again :-)

Home from home - Absolutely love it

Wonderful neighbours wonderful location, we ventured to villa Martin Plaza this year which was 7 minute drive away and La Zenia Boulevard 5 minutes away. Words cannot describe how lovely this home is xxx and a definite must if Your holidaying in this area. Friendly bars and restaurants 2 minute walk away.

Great Villa and excellent location.

From start to finish had a good feeling about this Villa especially after talking to Julie prior to booking.

Julie was very helpful with directions, communications and stay logistics.

Finding the Villa was quite easy driving down from Alicante airport easy driving took 40 minutes straight down the AP-7.

As for the Villa and amminities it provides exactly what you need for a mix of privacy, peace and quiet to relax by the private pool and restrants and supermarkets within 5 and 10 minutes walking. Within 15 minutes central Torrevieja with great restrants and shops.

If like us you are in to sports activities then a 20 easy minutes jog - run or a 15 minutes bike ride and you are on the beach.

I would recommend Julie and this villa to friends and family. Great stay and time. Thanks JK

Wonderful Holiday!!

We have just returned from our second holiday here this year and are already planning next year's here! The villa is exactly as described, beautifully clean, well equipped and comfortable.

We are a party of 2 adults and 4 children ranging from age 2 to 11. We choose to stay here after previously staying in a villa on the same urbanization which wasn't as nice.

Our family live here so we utilise our holidays with visiting them, so our main aim is a place to stay within walking distance so the children can spend time with their grandparents. Generally we need a roof over our heads for the stay, in saying that we were more than happy to spend days here as it is so comfortable. The pool is lovely and well looked after and it helps that the pool and patio area are south facing, rather than some of the other villas where their pool is considerably cooler!

Although fairly near to Via Park 3, there is no noise to disturb you which is a blessing with young children.

You are near to the supermarkets, we like Consum as you can get a lot of English brands there. Aldi and Mercadona are near by too. There are a lot of wonderful restaurants around and the children love the Captains Table and also the Chinese which is in the same precinct.

We always take a trip to the Boulevard, a lovely shopping centre with everything you need (or would like).

My husband always joins the gym when we are there and we pay for a week at a time at Max's Gym in Playa Flamenco.

If travelling with young children if you do a search beforehand you can find some excellent deals on hiring highchairs, pushchairs, bouncers, walkers etc which are delivered to your door and collected at the end of your holiday.

We all had a wonderful holiday and I would always recommend this villa, it is our favourite destination :)

Julie is a lovely lady who always gets back to you and Joe is so helpful if you need him whilst there.

I am already looking to book flights for next year.

Wonderful villa

The villa was just as described. Clean, homely and perfectly situated.

The pool was amazing and the added bonus of pool toys was great.

The contact we had between Julie and Joe was very good, helpful and friendly.

In walking distance we can recommend Via Park 3. Good choice of restaurants.

The Rose & Crown in Playa Flamenca Commercial Center does a lovely Sunday Roast!

Cartagena is well worth a trip, but not on an Monday when most museums are shut.

Would recommend this villa to friends and family. If we returned to the same area, we would use this villa again.
