Our Pool is shared between this house Main Pool House) and the back house (Pool House)

Main Pool House located in Old Town with Pool!!
Enjoy our house on the front porch or pool area and a short distance to our sandy beaches with a little town charm. Located right in the heart of Old Town we are within walking distance to restaurants, live music, nightlife, shopping, boating and mile or less from our beach. Our homes are professionally decorated with a tropical decor throughout. Our past guest say our pictures don't even speak for how nice our property is!!

"The Pool House" is a 2 bedroom/2 bath with room to sleep 4 also living room has a queen pull-out sofa that sleeps 2 extra that totals 6 guest in Pool House. We have HD Smart TV's in every room with cable included. Free WiFi.
The kitchen has granite counter tops and comes with a fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker, Keurig machine, toaster, blender, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware. Keurig pods not included must bring own pods. Our home also has dishwasher, washer and dryer, and dining room table with seating for 6.
Sit out on your front porch and feel the breeze while drinking your morning coffee or take a dip in our swimming pool to cool off from a long hot day of fishing or shopping.

"Pool Cottage" is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with room to sleep 4. The first room has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a double. The Cottage has been updated just as the Pool House has. The Pool Cottage has wifi and smart TV for your convenience. The kitchen has granite counter tops and comes with a fully stocked kitchen including coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, cooking utensils, dishes, and silverware with dinning table for 6.
The Pool Cottage has a wonderful front deck that has a great view of old town and is perfect to escape the
heat with its cool breezes.

"The Pool House" and "Pool Cottage" have full access to our swimming pool and we have Barbeque grills that are located at each home for your convenience.

Great Stay

My wife and i rented the pool house for a trip with my parents. The house was clean and comfortable. The house was in a great location centrally located. We would definitely rent it again in the future.
