This legal MONTHLY RENTAL is an Upper level unit in our historic Central Neighborhood duplex. There is one bedroom, a full kitchen, private bath and a living room with couch and television. Located three blocks from the West Front St commercial district with; Mary's Kitchen Port, Little Bohemia, Grand Traverse Pie Company and Acoustic Meads and Ciders. We are seven blocks from the Traverse City West End Beach and the Open Space. This is one of the most picturesque neighborhoods in the city. We are just off Sixth Street and the same convenient distance to downtown or the redeveloped state hospital at the Grand Traverse Commons.
