This three bedroom, three bathroom is furnished to an exceptionally high standard and is set in magnificent landscaped gardens with many established old trees mixed with the newly planted olive, lemon and orange trees.

There is a master suite which has en suite (with shower over bath), built-in wardrobes, a safe for your valuables and a large private balcony with sun loungers and beautiful views. The second and third bedrooms both have twin beds, built in wardrobes, dressing table and balcony with a table and chairs. There is a family bathroom on the first floor which has a large shower.

The living/dining room has 2 sets of patio doors which lead out onto the private terrace with beautiful views. The living area has a double sofa bed, 40 inch flat screen LCDP TV, DVD player, music system and iPod dock. The kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave etc. There are integral stairs which go down to the basement room for storage of your suitcases, golf clubs etc and has private integral underground garages to fit 3 cars. On the ground floor there is another bathroom with shower.

The house is fully installed with a hot and cold air-conditioning system.

There is a large swimming pool alongside a smaller children's pool, with shower and toilet facilities.

We chose our property because we regularly holidayed in the Algarve and fell in love with it. The people are friendly, the beaches are amazing, the golf courses are some of the best in the world and you couldn't ask for a better climate.

What makes this house unique

We love so much about our property but the main attraction for us is the peaceful location, the stunning views and the large living accommodation. The kids' favourite part of the property is the open spaces and the large pool!

Fantastic Holiday

My Family and I had a wonderful and unforgettable stay in Albufeira. At first glance i knew i had selected the perfect place to spend our 7 day holiday.

The Complex itself was the perfect oasis of calm, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. All rooms were of a good size and the bathrooms were immaculate.

The pool was a nice size, clean and rarely had anyone in it, the smaller pool was also great for small children.

Venturing out to the old town the beach or into villamoura is only a short drive or taxi away, we used the bbq a couple of nights which was of a high standard.

I would highly recommend staying here for families or friends alike and will definitely return for a holiday in the near future.

Fantastic summer holiday in beautiful home!

We took our little girl to the Algarve last year and we had a brilliant time. Steve (the owner) was very helpful from the time of booking until check out. We could not fault the property and it was just as we expected and more. The swimming pools were great for our little one. Everything was very clean, modern and well maintained. The views from the balcony made it for us and the location was perfect as it is was very peaceful but at the same time was close to the resort centres with all the bars and restaurants! We love to take our daughter to the beach and we were spoilt for choice. We would certainly recommend this holiday home and we look forward to staying again ourselves this coming June!

la residence était calme et pleine de verdure , la piscine était propre et en partie du temps libre à y accéder sans problème , les gens sont très sympa et coopératifs, les portugais en particulier étaient très gentils et accueillants et très respectueux à l’égard des autres spécialement , le centre commercial à coté dispose quelques magasins de marque ou vous pouvez faire du shopping tranquillement , en général un pays à revisiter et expérience à refaire avec un grand plaisir

The Vila Branca complex is a brand new, modern and well maintained development which is located just outside Albufeira between Vilamoura and Vale Navio set in the very pretty Algarvean countryside. There is a small cafe directly opposite the complex and several bars, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket on the main road which is about 10 minutes walk from the complex. The townhouse is a 5 minute drive to Albufeira's famous strip with its bars, restaurants and late night entertainment and the old town of Albufeira is a good family night out. The resort of Vilamoura with its famous marina is approximately 15 minutes drive. The very pretty fishing village of Olhos d'Agua is also about a 7-8 minute drive from the complex and offers a quieter, more relaxed day or evening out.

There are many beautiful beaches to visit as well as water parks and a Zoomarine in the local area. There is also the Albufeira bullring which some of our guests have recommended.
