Nice apartment facing the sea and with fantastic views of the Mediterranean. Located just 50 meters from the beach, very bright, in a quiet area in central Salou, located in a residential neighborhood next to the sea, specifically against Chaplains to Playa accessed from the street Brussels. It borders both east and west with cliffs. It is a small beach located in the very city center appreciated by visitors for its quality and tranquility.

Apartment of 75 m2, 2 bedrooms, one suite with sea view and one double, living-dining oceanfront, two bathrooms (bath and shower) and kitchen, fully equipped, with capacity for 5-6 people.

Large terrace equipped with 6 chairs, table, chair and umbrella, where you can enjoy wonderful views of the Mediterranean coast, where you can spend pleasant summer evenings. It has heating and air conditioning in the whole house, wifi, pool, gardens, parking ...

Closed residence with guarded by security cameras in all areas and concierge access.

Beautiful apartment

Location is perfect. Across the road from the beach and close to all amenities. Maria, the owner, was waiting to greet us with a lovely welcome pack. The apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday and beautiful views over the bay. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect Holiday

The location of the apartment was perfect. 50 meters from the beach and in a a quiet part of town. My wife and I had the apartment to ourselves for the first week and it felt like we belonged there. Salou is a special place for us having visited it on five separate occasions and going to collect my wifes son and fiance from the airport for the second week made it feel like home. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a drink watching the sun set behind the distant mountains. In fact the apartment was so good on a number of accasions we decided to stay in and cook! The local amenities are excellent. Plenty of bars and resturants, supermarkets, gift shops and a medical centre just round the corner. I highly recommend the small bar opposite the medical centre. The Tapas is amazing and the hospitality fantastic. I would recommend this apartment as a great place to stay. There were a few minor niggles (the water pressure wasn't that great and the boiler did not always heat the water properly), but overall we loved everything about the apartment. The owner, Maria, is lovely and couldn't be more helpful. it was fun talking to her via 'Google Translater' as her English was as good as my Spanish! All in all I can say this was a perfect holiday.

Happy Holiday

spent two wks at this apartment and had a great time,apartment very clean and very well maintained. Owner very friendly. Location perfect for beach, shops, bars and restuarants but location still quiet enough for peacefull holiday.

I would recommend this property.

Only issue was no sun lounger or chairs at the pool

August Holiday with family

This is a lovely property if you are visiting Salou and in a really central location -- we stayed with three children(10,8 and 5) and it was ideal(even if it took them a week to find the translation button on the TV!) The area was really busy -- it was the first two weeks in August, so that is to be expected. The apartment is really nice, very clean and spacious, with everything you need. There is a lovely stroll along the boardwalk from the beach to the main strip in Salou. The pool area is great, nicely shaded in the heat and very quiet -- most of the apartments in the block seem to be owner occupied, so we mostly had the pool to ourselves. The beach was busy but safe; Girassol across the road has great value paella -- but the best was the little cafe/restarant on the beach serving fab food in the shade, but be prepared to wait. We got the tourist train from the top of the hill to Port Aventura (€10 for family of five one way) but the regular bus service is only a few streets away. Great holiday for kids -- but be prepared for the crowds at the height of the season. Fab view of the sea from the balcony and owner Maria is lovely. Check how to use the front door before she leaves -- it takes practice!

Excellent Accomodation

My family and I rented this apartment for ten nights at the start of July this year. We have visited Salou on three occassions before and have always stayed at the nearby Hotel Salou Park. But as the kids were getting older the rooms always seemed to be getting smaller resulting in a cramped, overcrowded room. This apartment was exactly what we were looking for, it is really close to the lovely small beach and the view is amazing.The apartment was immaculate and had everything that you would need for a great holiday. The pool area is very quiet and peaceful and the kids had it to themselves for the entire holiday which they loved.The owner Maria was extremely helpful.I would definately recommend this apartment to family and friends, infact we are returning next year as this was the best holiday we have had for a while.We mostly ate in as the flat had everything you needed and to just relax on the balcony with a nice glass of wine was great.The busy pubs and clubs are only a short walk away but far enough that you get a good nights sleep.All in all a great place to stay and only ten minutes away from Reus Airport.

Fantastic!

This is a lovely apartment. It is very well equipt and very homely. It was clean and well maintained. Having a seaview and the beach so close is a huge advantage too. There is a small beach which is very nice just 50 metres away. It is close enough to walk into the main area of Salou, without being right in the hub of it. This is good because you then do not experience all of the noise from rowdy revellers on their way back in after a night out. The bus service to the theme park picks up from just outside to, therefore a car is not essential. We had a hire car, so the secured parking under the apartment was fantastic. There is a very nice restaurant just down by the beach called La Golatta. It is a little expensive however.

We went horse riding while we were there at a lovely stables called Hipica-West Fort. They pick you up and make it a very special experience which is good value for money. The owner of this apartment was very helpful and provided a good customer service. I would indeed recommend this apartment to friends and family. We look forward to our next visit and will definately be staying there again.
