Lovely front line beach apartment in Palmanova (Mallorca). Spectacular views. Very quiet located but surrounded by all facilities. Ideal for couples or families with children. Suitable for the older person as Palma Nova has a long flat promenade and the hotel having 4 lifts.

Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with twin beds, air-conditioned, large fitted wardrobes and access to sunny balcony with views over harbour, beach and bay. Bedroom 2 with twin beds, air-conditioned and large fitted wardrobes.

Living Room: Large south facing lounge/dining room with comfortable sofa and chairs. Satellite TV . Access to balcony to view the stunning panoramic beach and sea views.

Other: 24 hour reception. Internet facilities. Basement parking. Bathroom towels and bed linen provided on a weekly basis. Apartment cleaned on a weekly basis.

Large Indoor and outdoor swimmingpool, children area, computer services, sitting area. The apartment benefits from the facilities of the hotel which provides pool side games (ie table tennis, pool table etc). During the summer season hotel fun activities/shows are organised. A poolside bar serving a selection of drinks and snacks. A large pool side area which is well stock with a selection of sun loungers,tables and chairs.

Lovely apartment - fabulous views

The apartment offered everything you could need and along with that beautiful view you could not ask for more.

With Eroski just round the corner and a wealth of restaurants on your door step it is a great location.

I would recommend this apartment - it is clean and tidy and seemed well maintained.

The ROC apartments itself is a little dated but the views are spectacular.

And you get such a lovely welcome from David, Hotel Manager and Jose at the Pool side Bar

We always go to Golf Funtasia

We would definitely use the apartment again

Of high standard and excellent facilities

Our second stay at the Portonovo complex and this was the better. A lovely well furnished apartment with a stunning view in a quiet area had all that we required for a very enjoyable week. It should be noted that although not essential, if required, Wifi, garaging and use of a safe come at extra cost.

Splendid apartment great location

Just back from a weeks holiday in apartment307.its got the wow factor.every thing was perfect.well equiped.spotlessly clean.great views

of the marina and the beaches.all facilities are nearby.the Portonova complex itself is excellent and has efficient staff.

Great Apartment with a Magnificant Sea View

My partner and I spent 10 days in this apartment. It was spacious and bright with all mod cons especially the washing machine and dishwasher. It is part of the ROC Portonova Apartmentos and we have stayed here before but this is the first time we rented a private apartment and it was a good choice.

The master bedroom is comfortable and has a great sea view across the bay as is the view from the balcony, which overlooks the pool.

The ROC is in a quiet part of Palma Nova but not far from Magaluf, where the sights and sounds give an entertaining evening if you are so inclined to spend some time there.

I would recommend this apartment and the staff at the ROC are first class and nothing is too much bother, especially the manager David.

All in all a first class holiday in a first class apartment.

Fantastic apartment and location

Myself and 3 lady friends rented this apartment from the owner. We had a week here and found the apartment to be sufficient and spacious enough for our needs. The beds were very comfy and there were plenty of clothes hangers (which is a bonus). We did ask for extra blankets as it got a bit chilly at night (they arrived from housekeeping very promptly – along with a new kettle). The furnishings are very nice and the kitchen is equipped really well.

The view from the balcony was lovely, as was the balcony – looking out to see and overlooking the outdoor pool/terrace area. The pool bar is very nice (omelettes are excellent), reasonably priced and the staff very friendly - they even do Happy Hour. There were plenty of sunbeds and parasols and the area was very clean. The children’s entertainer tends to do her entertaining in the pool area!!!!

The reception staff are very helpful and you can rent a safe for 20 euros for the week. They will order taxis also.

The surrounding area is lovely, the beach is very clean and sunbed hire is 4.50 euros per day on the beach, plus 1.50 for a parasol. I decided to have a massage on the beach – 45 mins for 20 euros and it was well worth it. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close by and lots of little shops selling food, perfume, gifts, cigarettes etc. There is also a great taxi and bus service.

I would recommend this apartment and Palma Nova itself and would return for another holiday.

The family resort of Palma Nova is just 15 minutes drive from Palma airport. Palma Nova offers many facilities and attractions for young and old. It offers a child friendly beach, level promenade and an excellent range of bars, cafes, and restaurants all very close to the apartment.

The apartment is situated in a premier frontline position overlooking a small yachting harbour with spectacular views over Palma Nova bay. The apartment has the benefit of being part of a hotel complex with 24 hour reception with English speaking staff, internet facilities and basement parking. Indoor and outdoor large communal pools with large sundeck and snack bar. Taxi stand/bus stop 50m from apartment. A short taxi/bus ride away is the famous port of Puerto Portals or the lively resort of Magaluf.
