not what you see

The photos of the property do not reflect the actual appearance and condition of it. It is an older property needing an update and needing better daily maintenance. Elevators and hallways were dirty. While the property is indeed close to the beach, the beach is narrow and does not offer beach clubs. It is better suited to families who have the ability to carry chairs and umbrellas with them.

The apartment itself was clean but again the photos do not represent what is actually available in the apartment. For example, photos indicated that there are barstools at the kitchen counter. There are none. Nor is there a TV in the bedroom.

One of my biggest criticisms is that the owner provided only two bath towels for two people. we were expected to use these for a full week before fresh towels were provided. Wash cloths are not provided. The laundry facilities in the property had to accommodate over 800 units. Only one washing machine was in working order while we were there(18 days).

The owner provided one cleaning while we were there. He did bring fresh linens for the second week which we appreciated.

This location is not close to many restaurants or city attractions. The bus service is good and we used it several times a day. I think most people would find this inconvenient.

Owner's Response: Good evening, I've read attentively your comment and all criticism that were in it. I also appreciate good points that you've remarked. First of all, I would like to say that for me the quality is the main and the most important point in providing that kind of service. The photos which you can see on that web site does represent very well the «real» picture of an apartment, nothing less, nothing more but you are right about barstools, I put them off for your better comfort and bigger place. I do listen to all commentary of my clients, and no one before was unsatisfied concerning the points you've mentioned. About the washing machine, as it were outside of the apartment, I cannot be responsible for the fact that few did not worked. Furthermore there is a laundry at 160 meters; you have an easy and quick access for it. About the towels furnished, I am joinable via telephone. You could have simply called me and asked for more. Moreover it is written on the rental contract that you have one towel per person per week. If you want more I can provide the service. I am always here for a client and ready to help with any questions that you may have during your holidays. About the beach, There is “le cabanon plage” at 5 min from the apartment and many others like “Maema beach” at 6 minute on a drive as well. Again, all the information was clearly provided, as I do respect a client, I suppose that a client needs to know everything about every detail of a rent apartment, which is the reason over there. Great apartment close to the beach!

Our family of 3 stayed in this Cannes apartment from July 12-July 19. We had a great vacation! The apartment is clean, well furnished and comfortable and the resort had excellent amenities! The location is great...a few steps to the beach, market, bakeries and a short bus ride to La Croisette. The apartment had everything we need! Florian and his crew (Eric and Thomas) were very helpful and friendly. We were so comfortable and we felt like we were locals in Cannes. I already have recommended this apartment to family and friends! Thanks very much to Florian, Eric and Thomas!

Top Wohnung super Lage

Very nice apartment, central location. Unfortunately the agreement with the key handover was very complicated. Furthermore, the battery of the garage opener was empty. After several times to ask the battery change, we had nothing else to exchange the battery at our own expense. The expenses and expenses have not been reimbursed to date.

Nous avons passe d agréables vacances dans cet appartement très bien équipé et moderne avec en plus la sécurité puisque le lieu est entièrement sécurise pour les enfants ce n est pas négligeable ! Piscines propres et entretenus journalierement ! Mais c surtout l accueil et le dévouement du propriétaire qui invite a y retourner encore merci pour tout Florian !!!! À refaire sûrement

Agréable séjour dans un appartement moderne , très bien équipé et sécurisé ! Piscines propres et diverses idéal pour les enfants! Facilité de déplacements avec les bus mais surtout un propriétaire très gentil et à l écoute de ses locataires !
