Large, Family Villa with Pool/Spa and Games Room - Minutes to Disney

The villa is situated on Rolling Hills just a few miles to Disney!

This comfortable, nicely furnished 5 bedroom vacation home features 2 queen masters with ensuite bathrooms - one downstairs and one upstairs, an additional upstairs queen bedroom - plus an upstairs twin bunk bedroom (which share a jack and jill ensuite bathroom) and a downstairs twin bedroom (located just across from the downstairs shower room). All five bedrooms feature TVs.

Downstairs, the main living area includes a TV, DVD player and surround sound. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area that seats 6 plus a kitchen dining nook that seats 4.

There’s a den at the front of the house complete with a TV as well as a games room featuring a pool table and football table.

Outside, you’ll find a screened patio with a private pool with child safety net, spillover spa and an outdoor dining area with patio furniture.

This cozy vacation home also features a formal sitting area, Wi-Fi Internet access and a fully equipped laundry room.

Optional pool/spa heating £35 per day (only available for full duration of stay).

Great villa

We have recently had a lovely two week stay at this villa, it was great. The villa is ideally located for all the theme parks, within easy reach of Walmart and other tourist shops. There are many restaurants, and fast food outlets nearby and the villa is in easy reach of the major road network. The villa overlooks a lake which is teaming with wildlife, one morning whilst sat under the lanai having breakfast, we saw a turtle, plus there are many water birds that visit the lake. The villa itself is well equipped and although we didn’t eat in, except for breakfast, the kitchen is fully fitted out. The layout of the villa is well planned out and although we didn’t use it, the garage has been fitted out into a games room. We basically used the villa as a base as we were out at the theme parks virtually everyday but if you wanted a quiet, relaxing holiday, then this villa is well suited. It is located in a quiet residential area. The owner of the property Helen, was fantastic with her communication, as soon as you sent her a message, she would reply straight away. Thank you Helen for letting us use your villa.

Great stay

We’ve had a great week staying in this Villa with friends. Loads of space, great pool, the kids loved the floats! Well stocked with plates, glasses, plastics versions too. Nice and clean, huge fridge! The carpet up the stairs could do with some TLC. Great location easy to get to Disney, Walmart round the corner!

Perfect Location for Disney

This Villa was in a fantastic location for visiting Disney- 10 minutes from magic kingdom. It is in a very quiet neighbourhood but just a short drive to shops and restaurants. The outlook over the lake was lovely with all the wildlife fish, turtles and birds etc. I would have liked to do some fishing in the lake, but was wary of an inquisitive alligator who didn’t seem keen on sharing! The pool and spa are great. The 5 bedrooms gave us plenty of options with our party of 8 and the beds were very comfortable. Although we didn’t use it, there is a games room in the garage with snooker, table football and computer games with gaming chairs. There were also toys and games in the small bedroom. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again if we had the chance to return.
