Beach Monkey is on Naples Park's popular 500 block, close to the beaches at Wiggins Pass and Vanderbilt. Mercato shopping centre with restaurants, bars, cinema and Whole Food store is only a few blocks away and beautiful Old Naples only a short drive.
The house has been completely refurbishing summer 2012 offering a clean fresh home with all the amenities you would expect from a luxury vacation home.
King Bedroom with direct pool access, walk in closet, HD TV and en suite shower room, Queen Bed with fitted closet and HD TV. Twin bedroom with fitted closet. 2nd bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Private pool area is clean and bright, the perfect place to relax, swim and dine. The house has been refurbished to a very high standard.
This property is well maintained and the hosts' management provided a welcome gift and a note which made us feel welcomed on arrival. It had a good location but definitely not walking distance to the beach especially when there are elderly people in the party. The heated pool was fabulous and everything in working order. I would definitely recommend this rental property to any family and we look forward to renting this property in the future.
Well maintained house in a quiet neighbourhood.
The backyard and the brand new looking pool is very privat and well isolated.
Had a problem with the wifi, replaced the router and Gary the owner said will cover the cost.
Was there with my wife and 2 year old daughter, we would have stay longer if the the house was available.

We stayed in this home for a week in January. The house was perfect! The size and layout were great; there were only three of us but we easily could have been comfortable with a larger group. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. Beach towels were provided and there were a couple of beach chairs as well. We used the gas grill two of the evenings we were there. The pool was heated and very clean; the pool area was great for sitting out in the sun during the day or having dinner in the evening. We have stayed in Naples before, but further south in the Old Naples area, not in the Naples Park area. We loved the location! The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The house was near everything including the beach. We did walk to the beach one day but usually drove to Delnor Wiggins State Park (also would be walkable, but with the provided state pass we could park for free). Having the state park pass to was wonderful; we went to the park and beach every day and walked, swam, tanned, looked for shells and watched the sunset. We definately would return and stay at the home again!!!
Clean, fresh and well-equipped house with great patio and nice warm pool. Located close to beaches and restaurants in a nice neighborhood. Good customer service from the owner. Highly recommended for families with children.
Stayed in this house for 5 weeks. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood, 20 min walk, 5 min drive from the beach. Overall we had an excellent vacation, all amenities are close by (though require a car to get to). One great thing about this property, is that the beach is a conservation area and there is a fee to enter and park a car. However owner provides a yearly pass in the house for beach access. What it means, is that every time you go to the beach, it is empty. Beautiful sandy beach, and noone to share it with. Weekends are more busy, which is expected, but then you also have pretty big swimming pool which is cleaned weekly. Highly recommend.
We had a great 10 day stay here. Nice and clean with plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 older children.A short drive away is the beach and there is a car park pass at the villa to use.We made good use of it as we went down to watch the sunset most evenings. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within a short drive. Also, take a drive down to Naples pier and watch the dolphins at play.would stay here again.
Family friendly Naples Park close to beaches, shops an dining.
