Luxury penthouse apartment in Palma de Mallorca

After a warming welcome, we felt instantly at home in this lovely modernly furnished 2 bedroom apartment. Palma city at your feet. Just an elevator ride down. Fantastic middle of city location, yet a quiet apartment.

Lovely terrace apartment with excellent location

This was a real find! Location in the old town close to everything, shopping, sea, sights, restaurants.. The apartment has a large terrace with lovely city view, over the rooftops - you can even see the see. There is also a dining table and two sunbeds (the other one was a bit broken, but usable). It was such a oasis after a heavy day out.

The apartment isn't huge, but it is clean, contemporary and bright. Bunk bed bedroom is tiny, suitable for one adult or two small children. The other bedroom is good size with a wall width wardrobe. Only one bathroom with a shower, but it is ok. Sliding door is a bit noisy though. Kitchen is small, but has enough tableware and small breakfast table. Washing powder to the dishwasher could be by the house and was promised to deliver, when we asked it, but was forgotten. There are two small inexpensive cafe shops down below, which are very handy for morning coffee too. Even situated is a center, the apartment is very, very quiet at night.

Viktor was helpful and everything worked well from reservation till receiving a security deposit. Palma is a beautiful city, with full of charm, everything to everyone. If visit again, could easily book this apartment again too.

Great apartment, fab location

Fab apartment in a great location. Cathedral is a short stroll away, shops, restaurants and transport are all very convenient. Double bed was very comfortable and kitchen very well equipt. We were travelling with our 3 year old and had been provided with suitable cutlery and a little plate which was a lovely touch. Outside terrace was a good size and has a great view. Lorena was on hand to offer advice on restaurants and shopping which was much appreciated. A great base to explore the city and surrounding area.

Perfect Setup - Great Experience

Ended up with two apartments in the building, thanks to the professional and great service of Victor to accommodate a larger group of colleagues for a seminar in Palma. Everything just worked out great, the location is perfect, very modern and clean apartments and Victor has been very helpful with all of the arrangements. Members of the team already are planning their return - if you are looking for a spacious, clean, modern style flat in the hearts of Palma you certainly found it here - the terrace gives you an amazing view and still good privacy, with a solid & reliable WLAN you are just a click away from work (if you so choose to :-)) or all other important travel information you may need.

Modern eingerichtetes Apartment, sauber & Zentral!

Dies ist bereits der Zweite Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment welches uns von MallorcaRentals365 vermittelt wurde. Wie schon letztes Jahr war es auch diesmal wieder ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt für unser Team. Das Apartment is sehr gut und modern ausgestattet, sauber und vor allem sehr Zentral gelegen. Von hier aus ist der Hafen, die Altstadt und viele Restaurants & Shops fussläufig ohne Probleme zu erreichen. Das Gebäude selbst ist mit einem Fahrstuhl ausgestattet, lediglich im Eingangsbereich sind zwei Treppenabsätze zu überwinden (Kinderwagen/Rollstuhl etwas problematisch). Für uns allerdings wichtiger das sehr schnelle und zuverlässige Internet :-)
