*If you are super sensitive to noise, please be aware you are in a urban setting with nightlife and lots of construction happening in the downtown. The neighboring construction immediately next door to the Carriage House is typically Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM. While the Carriage House is nicely insulated and has sound proof windows, some noise is to be expected.

About Vacasa of Boise and Garden Valley

Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.

Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.

Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

Wonderful place!!!

  • 5 of 5

Great location and place! Only issue is construction next door starts pretty early. Even with that I’d definitely stay here again.

Central Texas

Great modern convenient and walking to all downtown. Parking SUCKS.

  • 3 of 5

Owner needs to provide a single parking space dedicated to this unit. A parking lot is out the door. But you park there you will be ticketed during the week. It would be so easy to provide a parking space and raise the rent to cover the cost.

The unit was great!

The parking for the unit SUCKS!

Thus 3 stars .....

Tiny Treasure

  • 5 of 5

This tiny but mighty home is in the coolest old building and has the funkiest hidden entrance. From the moment you walk through the door, everything you could possibly need is exactly where you need it. I have never stayed in such a thoughtful home. The attention to detail the owner took with this remodel is exceptional. I would not recommend this place for light sleepers since you are smack dab in the middle of clubs and construction. This place is a real treat and it will give you an experience unlike any other local rental can offer. Oh, did I mention the floors are heated?!

The space was nice and in a great location. My only complaint was there wasn't enough coffee provided - only 3 Kcups but I went and bought some more, although there were like 7 kinds of vinegar available

Parking beware

  • 3 of 5

Parking is a joke, if it is middle of day there are only 2 hour meters and none available close. Construction started right outside master bedroom at 5AM - no one really gave that expectation until AFTER home was booked.
