The Villa is split into 2 apartments, the owners occupying one, on hand should any problems, or queries, arise.
The apartment is extremely spacious, bathroom, lounge and kitchen area, a big area, both internally and externally.
Bedroom 1, a super kingsize bed, looking out on to the pool terrace and the mountain beyond.
Bedroom 2, with up to 3 single beds, or 2 single beds and a cot.
Various terraces ensure that you capture the 10 hours of sun we normally see throughout the day, the pool terrace can be gated off to ensure that little ones cannot stray near to the water.
The villa is set in a quiet tranquil location but within 5 minute drive to either Moraira, El Portet or Cala Moraig beaches, El Portet is about a 20 minute walk downhill.
Fantastic outside space, a 10 x 5 pool with roman steps, numerous sun terraces and a BBQ terrace.
The pool terrace has a south west orientation, normally giving around 10 hours of sun to the pool and pool area.
Suitable for families with children or perhaps couples who want to holiday together with friends.
A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
Most airlines fly into Alicante or Valencia. Alicante is approx. 1 hour drive and Valencia is approx. 1 hour 10 minutes drive.
Please note* Although both El Portet and Moraira are easily within walking distance in 20-30 minutes, a car is recommended if you want to explore the mountains and places further afield.

We bought this villa in 2011 after holidaying in Moraira and falling in love with the idyllic town and surrounding mountainous area, the first year was spent getting the apartment ready for your holiday in the sun, we hope that it has now been brought up to a very comfortable standard and that you'll enjoy your stay here and return year after year.

The main reasons for choosing this town and area?
Climate, Moraira enjoys a typical Mediterranean climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding mountains against the cold North winds in winter. The area averages nearly 3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average temperature easily exceeds 20 degrees.
In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the summer & not too cold in the winter. On average it has 325 days of sun each year making it an idyllic all year-round destination.
Moraira is small coastal town situated in the beautiful mountainous north-eastern tip of the Costa Blanca. The resort is conveniently placed between the airports of Alicante and Valencia (about 90km from each).
The surrounding region has a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and unspoilt scenery and many small villages to explore. ??
The town itself has pleasantly grown from a small fishing village to an attractive holiday and retirement resort, retaining its considerable charm that attracts visitors from all over Europe. It’s also particularly popular with Spanish holidaymakers from Madrid and Valencia.
Moraira has an impressive marina, an excellent variety of local shops, markets, harbour side fish restaurants and bars and best of all has still managed to preserve its Spanish character.
Two weeks of excellent holidays! Great place to be, photos show what it is like, a really really nice place to be. Spaceous, all facilities you need, nice terrace, great pool, great view, nice owners, what else do you need for a perffect holiday? ;)
After reviewing many properties we settled on Ron and Jo's place and we weren't disappointed. The accommodation is stunning, beautifully clean with a large pool, ample sunbathing areas and shaded area for al fresco dining. Ron and Jo were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. Directions to the house were pinpoint accurate and made it easy to find in the dark. The accommodation was perfectly equipped with everything we could need. Plenty of lilos and inflatables to chose from and the outdoor pool table did get plenty of use! Overall a great holiday, thoroughly relaxing leaving us chilled and refreshed. Thank you once again Ron and Jo, perfect hosts, and we would not hesitate in recommending their lovely house to others. Enquire about the kayaking in El Portet too! Best wishes to you both.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Casa RoJo; this place was a real find and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Beautifully kept, lovingly maintained, very spacious and everything a family of four (2 adults, 2 children aged 12 and 9) could ask for (so much so we pretty much stayed put!). It really is a home from home. Ron and Jo are a friendly couple who made sure that our stay was relaxed, comfortable and we had everything we needed. Communication before the visit was fast and informative and made the whole booking process easy and straight forward.
The local area is very pretty, peaceful and a car is ideal. Its only a short drive from Moraira town itself which has plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and enough of a buzz to make it interesting - a really lovely Spanish town.
We would highly recommend this place to anyone and wouldn't hesitate on going back.
We loved our holiday , the owners are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble . The property is very well equipped and clean , there wasn't anything we needed that wasn't there , would definitely go again .

Moraira est un endroit charmant et pas trop achalandé. Nous avons habité l'appartement Casa Rojo pendant 4 semaines pour fuir l'interminable hiver Canadien. L'appartement est tel que décrit dans l'annonce. Il est au rez de chaussé d'une jolie villa de banlieue. Les propriétaires sont sur place et habitent l'étage supérieur. L'endroit est très propre, bien équipé et confortable, décoré avec goût, et la cour arrière est spectaculaire... Vue sur la montagne, piscine magnifique, BBQ, salle d'exercice et plusieurs chaises et tables pour profiter du soleil toute la journée. À noter, le grand lit est vraiment très très confortable! Aussi la connexion WiFi fonctionne extrêmement bien. L'endroit est tenu impeccablement par Ron et Jo qui de plus nous laissent habiter la cour en se faisant aussi discrets que possible. Leur chien est un bon gardien mais il est amical et doux. La mer est à deux minutes en auto et nous avons le choix de deux plages. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié El Portet qui est plus intime. Le stationnement est gratuit à cet endroit de même qu'à Moraira. Nous avons aussi apprécié de marcher le long de la promenade de El Portet à Moraira (environ 1,5 km). Nous avons beaucoup cuisiné à l'appartement et nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté à nous approvisionner car il y a plusieurs bonnes épiceries tout près. Il y a aussi de nombreux excellents restaurants à Moraira. Nous avons profité de la localisation de l'appartement pour visiter Valence et Alicante de même que de charmants endroits tout près comme Javea (Xavia) et Guadalest. Je crois que l'on peut goûter encore plus au charme de cet appartement à partir de mai car la température de l'eau de la piscine et de la mer permettent la baignade. Nous sommes un couple dans la soixantaine mais l'appartement est idéal aussi pour des familles avec enfants. Il y avait même une console de jeux Wii pour les amuser. Bref séjour fort agréable, hôtes très dévoués pour assurer notre plaisir et notre confort et enfin, excellent rapport qualité-prix.
