Best of both worlds in Torremolinos. Recently refurbished top floor south west facing apartment with fantastic sea views from both balconies. Two minutes walk from the train station with a bus-stop right outside and yet less than 10 minutes walk to either Carihuela or Bajondillo beaches. Tapas bars, restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets right on your doorstep but in a quiet, secure, mainly residential apartment block near the centre of Torremolinos with entry-phone access. Air-conditioning (both cold and warm) in the lounge and master bedroom and Television with many English channels including BBC 1, BBC 2 and BBC 4, ITV, Channel 4 and 5 and many more channels including live football and TV with DVD player in twin bedroom. Modern walk-in shower in shower-room with heated towel rail plus completely refitted kitchen with oven, hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and toaster plus washing-machine. Newly refurbished communal swimming pool in the grounds which has a fence round for safety for children. Some sun loungers and chairs provided for use round the pool. There are two lifts up to the seventh floor which is the top floor and therefore affords fantastic seaviews and also a cooling breeze even in the height of summer
We have been holidaying in different parts of Spain for about 15 years and one of the deciding factors for buying in this area is that it is convenient for everything while still being a quiet, mainly residential block

We stayed in a nearby apartment a couple of years ago and were so impressed with the location that when an apartment went on the market we decided to fulfil our long held dream of owning a holiday apartment in Spain.
We love the fact that there is always a cooling breeze because the apartment is in such an open area. We have lovely views with the living room and master bedroom having fantastic seaviews from the rooms themselves and the balconies leading off them. You can see Benalmadena Marina in the distance and watch the cruise ships on their way to and from Malaga. The kitchen and second twin room have an equally exciting view towards central Torremolinos which looks great at night with all the twinkling lights. You can be in your holiday apartment within less than an hour of touching down on the tarmac at Malaga airport using the convenient train at the airport or by using a taxi.
We had a lovely holiday and really enjoyed staying in your apartment. The apartment had everything we could want on holiday. It was spacious, had lovely breeze through when balcony and front door open and the air conditioning was a God send at night. The boys loved the channels on the tv especially all the movies. We made great use of the swimming pool and the surrounding areas are so relaxing and well maintained. The location of the apartment is ideal with everything you could want within walking distance. At night, there was no noise from bars or people out and about which can happen in a lot of apartments. I would definitely be recommending your apartment to family and friends. The apartment was clean and everything as described. We were met at the apartment by a lovely couple who provided the keys and extra information. We hardly used the aircon as there is a lovely breeze if you leave doors open. Its on the 7th floor which means fairly quiet and there are 3 lifts available so all good. Dealing with Melanie was very easy and she gave us so much information which was helpful. Apartment was located near shops, station and beach. The downstairs pool was clean and easy to access and used by us almost daily. We would definitely consider staying here again and recommend it as good place to stay. The apartment is very well located just 2 minutes away from the railway station with a bus-stop outside, yet less than 10 minutes walk from the beaches of Carihuela and Bajondillo and the lovely flat promenade which goes right into Benalmadena in one direction (about 30 minutes walk to the Marina) and virtually to the outskirts of Malaga in the other. You can take a boat trip from Benalmadena around the bay. Stop along the way at one of the many Chirungitos for some fresh sardines or just a drink and enjoy the view! You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to restaurants within 5 minutes of the apartment and there are supermarkets and a bakery nearby as well as numerous bars and cafes. Visit Malaga in 20 minutes by train to visit the Picasso Museum or to enjoy a day of shopping and on the way stop off at Plaza Mayor, a shopping mall with lots of shops, restaurants and cinemas showing English language films. Visit Tivoli World which is a theme park in Benalmadena suitable for younger children and nearby Paloma Park for lovely walks and gardens. Hop on the train or bus and visit Fuengirola which has a large market and the Biopark Zoo is well worth a visit. Marbella is also easily accessible in under an hour by public transport with the glamorous Puerto Banus a little further away. Several golf courses within a few miles including parador de Malaga Golf which is the oldest course in Andalucia
