About this property

This beautiful apartment for 6 people has just been renovated and is located in the heart of S. Giovanni, 4km from the center of Rome and a 10 min walk from the Re di Roma metro station.
"La casa di Anto" is a holiday home located on the 3rd floor (with elevator) of an ancient building a few steps from S. Giovanni, where you can spend a relaxing stay discovering the enchanting beauties of ancient Rome.
The two double bedrooms are elegantly furnished and equipped with private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, and the soundproofed windows will make you enjoy the full benefit of total relaxation. Air conditioning and wi-fi are available throughout the apartment.
Each bedroom has a flat screen smart tv.
The property provides its guests with the necessary linen for the entire holiday (sheets and towels), if during your stay you want additional cleaning with linen change is possible at an extra fee.
The kitchen is fully equipped, you will find everything you need to prepare your breakfasts, lunches or dinners (dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes and pots).
The apartment is entirely NON smoking.
Guests will have full access to the apartment.

Una casa da sogno.

L'appartamento presenta un’architettura moderna ed molto confortevole, perfettamente corrispondente alle foto mostrate sul portale. Abbiamo alloggiato in 2 persone e trascorso una piacevole vacanza romantica. Al nostro arrivo in struttura la proprietaria, Giulia, ci ha fatto trovare dei freschi cocktail di benvenuto e dei gustosi snack, oltre al caffè e quanto necessario per la colazione del giorno dopo. La struttura risulta impeccabile per la pulizia e curata nei minimi dettagli, si vede la grande attenzione e cura verso i clienti della sig.ra Giulia, che appena arrivati ci ha dato moltissime informazioni su ristoranti, attrazioni turistiche, luoghi da visitare e ci ha suggerito una piacevole passeggiata per visitare il Colosseo. La casa di Anto si trova in una posizione logistica molto funzionale, a pochi passi da bar, ristoranti e osterie, dove mangiare bene, oltre a supermercati, di cui uno aperto 24 ore. La metro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi: vicinissimo c'è la fermata Lodi oppure con una passeggiata di 8-10 minuti si arriva alle fermate Re di Roma e San Giovanni (linea A). Ottima posizione e staff eccellente, vivamente consigliato per trascorrere “una vacanza da sogno”.

10 e lode per tutto!!!

L'appartamento è nuovo, moderno e arredato con gusto, è anche ben insonorizzato ed è sito in una zona tranquilla. Abbiamo alloggiato in 4 persone e la presenza di 2 bagni, entrambi con doccia, è stato molto utile. La struttura era pulitissima e dotata di tutti i confort. La proprietaria Giulia è stata molto gentile e disponibile, all'arrivo ci ha dato moltissime informazioni utili e ci ha ben consigliato. A pochi passi si trovano bar, ristoranti osterie dove mangiare bene e supermercati. La zona è ben servita, anche la metro si trova a pochi passi: vicinissimo c'è la fermata Lodi oppure con una piccola passeggiata si arriva alle fermate Re di roma o anche San Giovanni (linea A). Posizione strategica per raggiungere ogni sito di interesse senza fatica!
