Beautiful floor between the capital and the south of the island, in the municipality of Telde. 80 meters. Next to the golf course of Cortijo.
It has three bedrooms, two with double bed, one with twin beds and a sofa bed in the living room. All habtaciones have exterior windows. It has very good ventilation and lots of light ..
Fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave and kitchenware. In the kitchen is a small utility room with exterior window.
Separate lounge with TV, dining table for 6 people and sofa. Along the hall is a small balcony overlooking the street.
A bathroom with bath, bidet and service.
Each room has a totally different other decoration.
The building has an elevator. Nearby are several shopping centers. Centro Comercial El Mirador, Las Terrazas. There are also several supermarkets, Lidel, Alcampo, Mercadona and Eroski.
The capital (Las Palmas), is about a 10 minute drive, and the south of the island about 30 minutes. The situation is ideal parapoder see the whole island, the south, where there are good beaches, ideal for walking, hiking and northern downtown area. This very well to enjoy some days of culture in the capital visiting museums and streets.
It is a quiet area with easy parking.
The property was as advertised and ideally situated next to El Cortijo where the tennis Europe event was being held. As stated it was as advertised and ideal in terms of location although strangely you have to climb through a hole in the wall as the alternative means being able to drive along way round. We were extremely happy and the only thing I could offer as no shops are close by would be to offer a welcome pack of basic items on arrival.

La casa è accogliente, sebbene arredata in maniera spartana. Zona tranquilla giorno e notte, ma un po' fuori mano, quindi si consiglia l'auto a noleggio. Comunque buona la posizione nell'isola, equidistante tra sud e nord. La casa è di edilizia popolare, quindi specie di note si sentono rumori da altri appartamenti (un bimbo piangeva ogni notte, a lungo), ma comunque si dorme bene. I difetti maggiori sono: il bagno, senza presa d'aria; l'assenza di wifi, che ci ha costretto a costose connessioni in roaming; il soggiorno con illuminazione elettrica insufficiente. Pulizia ok, proprietari molto gentili. Ad ogni modo il prezzo è relativamente basso, quindi hai ciò che paghi.
Неплохая квартира в овраге, для тех кто хочет похудеть. Пляж на такси 7-8 Евро(если таксист жулик- попробует довезти за 12 Евро) Из плюсов-рядом Лидл и маленькие магазинчики. Кругом много тренажёров и парк с беговой дорожкой.
Peccato solo che i proprietari siano troppo attaccati hai soldi, altro punto negativo è che la posizione non è spiegata in maniera chiarissima ed infine la pulizia non è un gran che
Nice house, clean, bright, tastefully decorated. The apartment is on the second floor.
There isn't wi-fi, important when you are on holiday.
Owners very helpful and good.
Near by there's a golf course and there are also beaches, well kept, not very suitable for swimming.
Nearby there are shopping centers with shops and restaurants.
The tourist and beautiful beaches aren't far away, but you need a car.
The area is quiet, the house is a bit outside the town but a nice walk and you are in the town!
I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for tranquility and the real Canarian life ..... Like being at home!
Sono stata con i miei genitori per due mesi ed e' stata una vacanza eccezionale. L'appartamento non e' centrale e lontano dai posti turistici. Bisogna spostarsi con la macchina in ogni posto ma nei paraggi ci sono centri commerciali e supermercati a volonta'. Si raggiungono i posti piu' turistici ( Maspalomas, Amadores, Mogan) con la macchina in circa 30/40 minuti. Appartamento pulito, molto tranquillo per chi cerca di essere fuori la massa turistica ed assaporare la vita Canaria. Gisela e marito molto bravi e sempre disponibili. Decisamente raccomandato.
Great Holiday and great place for those who wants to be with the local people. The apt is not in the typical touristic places and you will need a car to move around, ie supermarkets and beaches. Apt simple but all mod cons and very helpful owners. not problem at all for the whole period of our holiday which was 2 months. I wish we were there right now!
It is 5 minutes off the highway made Las Palmas. At the entrance to the neighborhood is the Commercial Zone El Mirador, and the commercial area of Las Terrazas. Where there Mercadona and Eroski Lidel. Just opposite the portal is the Cortijo Golf, although the entrance to that is a little lower.
It is very well located, about 10 minutes from the capital (Las Palmas) and 30 minutes from the beach of Maspalomas. It has many nearby beaches, Salinetas, La Garita, Melenara, La Laja, Ojos de Garza.
The airport is 9 km.
Being a perfectly round island can be seen from a point and return to the same point without going back on the same side, crossing it and admiring its scenery and beauty.
The areas of water parks are located in the south as 30 minutes.
The situaion is ideal for a beach vacation, golf, climbing, see the northern part of the island and the capital. It is right in the center of all the recommended activities to do on the island.
