Lorsque nous avons découvert la "Villa Andréa" à CALPE que nous avions louée en début d'année, les photos et descriptions nous plaisaient. La réalité est supérieure aux vues présentées, c'est une pure merveille, elle est très bien située, par rapport à la ville, la plage, le port, le vieux Calpe et les villes autour. Dedans l'architecture, la décoration intérieure, la disposition, la grandeur des pièces, le très grand garage, rien ne manque. Dehors, toujours l'architecture, les trois terrasses, la vue sur la mer et la montagne, la piscine, les transats, les plantes exotiques, les fleurs, la vigne dont les raisins sont délicieux, que demander de mieux. Le tout d'une grande propreté. Le propriétaire répond très gentiment à toutes les questions, et demande à le renseigner si quelque chose ne va pas ou manque. Nous serions heureux d'avoir le bonheur de pouvoir y retourner un jour, en attendant, nous n'hésiterons pas à conseiller cette belle villa à nos amis ou la famille, nous savons qu'ils ne seront pas déçus. Sur place des amis du propriétaire se déplacent pour nous recevoir, et au moindre souci, c'est rassurant, Le terrain et la piscine sont entretenus par une aide extérieure. Nous avons passé des vacances inoubliables avec nos enfants et petits enfants. Il n'y a aucune critique à faire, BRAVO, et FELICITATIONS Daniel. Cordialement.
