There are two nice flat screen TV's and of course internet access. Sleeping accommodations feature a queen size bed and sleeper sofa. Yes, there is a washer and dryer!

In addition to only being steps from the beach, the unit is conveniently located on 71st street. This puts you in the perfect location to enjoy all the great restaurants and activities that Ocean City has to offer!

* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* A Linens & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels.
* This condo is on the 3rd floor. Wave Watcher in not an elevator building.
* One covered parking spot is provided.
* Quick access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 71st street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.

OCMD getaway

Amazing location and great little place for my small family. Easy access to the beach which is great with young kids. Parking is tight with bigger vehicles (f350) but made it work. Will definitely be back next year.

Comfy getaway

Clean and comfy with a great water view. Bed was comfortable and building was overall quiet. I’m always scared of loud neighbors but we we had no issues. The AC units in the condo are a bit loud so if you are a light sleeper like me bring your earplugs. The parking lot is a bit narrow but we have a long bed truck and bike racks…normal cars will be just fine. We still made it work. We would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful place with great view.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Lovely place, unfortunately our stay was shortened by severe weather. Would love to rent this property again earlier in the season.
