The 'Paseo de Gracia C' apartment is a high quality rental, equipped with designer pieces and top end appliances.

It is located right on this gorgeous and the city's wealthiest avenue. Here on Passeig de Gracia is where all the famous designer brands have their stores. Placa de Catalunia (the center core of the city), the gothic quarter and Las Ramblas are only a stone throw away from the apartment.

From the moment that you walk into the beautiful marble entrance of this in 1890 constructed building you will be completely captivated.

This spacious apartment offers 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom comes with double bed and a huge wardrobe. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds (which easily can be pushed together as a double bed), a big cupboard and a spacious en suite bathroom with bath tub/ shower. The third bedroom is a single room and comes with a desk, a single bed and a big cupboard. Right next to this bedroom is the second bathroom situated which is accessible from the long hallway. The living room of this apartment is large, faces Passeig de Gracia and even has a balcony from where the visitor can overview the avenue down to Placa de Catalunya; the main square. Further on the living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas which point at a big Plasma TV as well as 2 arm chairs. One of the sofas converts in one easy movement into a comfortable double bed. Also in the living room there is a desk with chair which comes in handy in case some work needs to be done. A red leather designer chair in the corner is there for kicking back and reading. There is also a big dining table for 6 people (and an extra chair for the 7th person).

Kitchen: The fully equipped and modern kitchen offers everything necessary in case guests wish to prepare a meal. All appliances are top brands. At the guests disposal are an induction stove, oven, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, etc.

The apartment is located on the third floor with elevator. The buildings community is quiet and there is a very friendly doorman at the entrance. We guaranty that our guests will have a very pleasant stay here.

So far we manage three apartments in this beautiful maintained building (Paseo de Gracia C, D and F) and have the gorgeous Batlló apartment just around the corner. These apartments are also published on this website.

The perfect place to fall in love with Barcelona!

Perfect location, perfect space, perfect host! Marcel, our host, was a wonderful communicator and was there to meet us as we arrived at the apartment. Between his thorough introduction and the book of helpful information with info about the apartment, restaurants, markets, etc. (plus all the guidebooks on the bookshelf!), we totally enjoyed our three nights in Barcelona. The spotless apartment was so lovely and spacious, even for two couples -- and providing two sets of keys meant that we could each have our own plans for the day. Definitely one of the best HomeAway experiences we've had. Thank you, Marcel, for your thoughtfulness -- hope to see you again!

Great location

Property is clean, spacious (for Barcelona) and in a fantastic location. Though it's in touristy area, you're walking distant to many fantastic restaurants. The subway to all the main attractions is literally 2 feet away from the door. Marcel was very accommodating and always responds quickly. Only down side is the high service and cleaning fee (over $200 usd for a 3 night stay) but this is mostly likely due to Barcelona's restrictive licensing for property services such as airbnb..

Great location and spacious apartment

The apartment fit our family of 6 perfectly. We loved the location as we felt in the center of the city and ended up walking just about everywhere we went. When we did need a taxi, it was always easy to find one even for 6 people. The host was very helpful, responsive and friendly and we really enjoyed dinner at one of his recommendations.

Best location in town. Elegant.

A beautiful, modern apartment in the best part of town with a lift. Bright, airy with good views, but quiet. Kitchen was supplied well for our simple needs. David, who met us on the street, greeted us kindly and showed us the apartment and told us where to get groceries. Would highly recommend this for a stay in Barcelona.

A Great Barcelona Apartment

This was our first trip ever to Barcelona and we couldn’t have been more pleased with this apartment. The high points are its location and proximity to great shopping, restaurants, services and access to the best of Barcelona. It is very comfortable, roomy, bright and sunny, with balconies to the street yet very quiet at night for sleeping. Security is terrific, not that you would feel unsafe in this neighborhood. Lastly, Marcel is a terrific host, gave us a first-rate orientation to everything in the apartment as well as restaurants, services in the neighborhood. Lastly, we had a problem with satisfactory internet access in the living room and he was very responsive by immediately installing a repeater. After that it worked excellent.

This wonderful apartment is located on the city's most elegant commercial boulevard, “Passeig de Gracia” only a few meters from Placa de Catalunia, the city's main square.

The Area surrounding the Apartment;

The guest staying at the Passeig de Gracia C apartment will be assured easy access to this lively Mediterranean city and will find that this apartment is a great spot from which to map out daily jaunts and from which to explore all that this fantastic city has to offer...

Most of Barcelona’s famous spots of interest such as Gaudi’s La Pedrera, the Picasso museum, the Cathedral, Las Ramblas with the well known Boqueria fresh food market, the old town with the gothic quarter and El Borne as well as the harbor are reachable within a few minutes walking (no transportation needed). If public transportation is needed for example to visit Gaudi’s park Guell or Sagrada Familia (the symbol of the city), there would be a metro station literally right in front of the building’s entrance with access to 3 lines (L2, L3 and L4). The L4 (yellow line) would bring guests also to the beaches Barceloneta, Port Olimpic/ Ciutadella, Marbella and Poble Nou. The line L3 (green line) would bring the guest for example to Barca’s impressive football stadium CAMP NOU. The underground metro in Barcelona is cheap and fast. There would also be the option to take a taxi which in Barcelona is also cheaper than in most western European cities. Taxis are circulating in this area 24h. There is a taxi stop right at the next street corner (15 meters from the apartment). To get to the beach from the apartment would take about 10 minutes (depending on the traffic) and would not cost more than 7,- Euros.

During the check-in procedure our guests will receive detailed explanations about everything that is useful and important to know when visiting this great city. We have a selection of restaurant and tapas bar recommendations prepared and will advise where to find the next grocery store, about shop opening hours, etc..
