The 'Paseo de Gracia C' apartment is a high quality rental, equipped with designer pieces and top end appliances.

It is located right on this gorgeous and the city's wealthiest avenue. Here on Passeig de Gracia is where all the famous designer brands have their stores. Placa de Catalunia (the center core of the city), the gothic quarter and Las Ramblas are only a stone throw away from the apartment.

From the moment that you walk into the beautiful marble entrance of this in 1890 constructed building you will be completely captivated.

This spacious apartment offers 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom comes with double bed and a huge wardrobe. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds (which easily can be pushed together as a double bed), a big cupboard and a spacious en suite bathroom with bath tub/ shower. The third bedroom is a single room and comes with a desk, a single bed and a big cupboard. Right next to this bedroom is the second bathroom situated which is accessible from the long hallway. The living room of this apartment is large, faces Passeig de Gracia and even has a balcony from where the visitor can overview the avenue down to Placa de Catalunya; the main square. Further on the living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas which point at a big Plasma TV as well as 2 arm chairs. One of the sofas converts in one easy movement into a comfortable double bed. Also in the living room there is a desk with chair which comes in handy in case some work needs to be done. A red leather designer chair in the corner is there for kicking back and reading. There is also a big dining table for 6 people (and an extra chair for the 7th person).

Kitchen: The fully equipped and modern kitchen offers everything necessary in case guests wish to prepare a meal. All appliances are top brands. At the guests disposal are an induction stove, oven, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, etc.

The apartment is located on the third floor with elevator. The buildings community is quiet and there is a very friendly doorman at the entrance. We guaranty that our guests will have a very pleasant stay here.

So far we manage three apartments in this beautiful maintained building (Paseo de Gracia C, D and F) and have the gorgeous Batlló apartment just around the corner. These apartments are also published on this website.

spacious, modern, functional , comfortable and ideally located

We were 4 people : the apt is ideally located with a 1/2 mile walk to the Gothic area etc. THere is a metro station in front of the building and up the road a train station ( 1/2 hr train ride to a seaside town, Setges, for example. ) the apt itself has everything one needs and is spacious and comfortable/ balcony facing the main boulevard.

There are many fine restaurants in the area/ one street behind the main boulevard. Overall a great experience .

Absolutely Perfect!

We had a few apartments in mind for our stay in Barcelona and the great reviews of this apartment made us decide to stay here. NO REGRETS!! It’s a perfect location and was extremely spacious! Great for families with children. Close to all the sights, restaurants, grocery, metro etc. Marcel was very easy to work with and the notebook he provides is very helpful. Would definitely stay at this wonderful apartment the next time we are in Barcelona!!

Absolutely loved it!

First time travelling to Barcelona this is the perfect apartment! Spacious, clean, stylish and fully equipped! The location is perfect walk out your door to the shops, las Ramblas, down to the metro where you are only a few stops away from anything! Andrea and Marcel are perfect hosts and made us feel very welcome and were willing to go above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable with the surroundings and where some top spots are! Would love to stay here again hoping to return soon

Clean apartment in the heart of Barcelona

This apartment does not disappoint! The location is perfect for all things Barcelona.

Marcel, the apartment owner, met us on the day of our arrival and showed us around the apartment and went over a portfolio he has put together of things to see and do while there.

We would definitely not hestitate to recommend this apartment to family and friends and would certainly stay here again.

The property is spacious, very clean - and the host is incredibly responsive.

We had a wonderful stay in Barcelona. The apartment was very spacious for our family of four. The heating system, water pressure, dishwasher and dryer worked well. The kitchen was stocked with the basics and Marcel was an incredible host. He is responsive and was enthusiastic to share his very helpful “recommendation-packed” notebooks with excellent restaurant recommendations, and even an entire organic section and vegetarian section. My husband and I used to live in Barcelona and we still learned a lot from his notebooks. We highly recommend this place - and hope to stay here again when we are back to visit!

This wonderful apartment is located on the city's most elegant commercial boulevard, “Passeig de Gracia” only a few meters from Placa de Catalunia, the city's main square.

The Area surrounding the Apartment;

The guest staying at the Passeig de Gracia C apartment will be assured easy access to this lively Mediterranean city and will find that this apartment is a great spot from which to map out daily jaunts and from which to explore all that this fantastic city has to offer...

Most of Barcelona’s famous spots of interest such as Gaudi’s La Pedrera, the Picasso museum, the Cathedral, Las Ramblas with the well known Boqueria fresh food market, the old town with the gothic quarter and El Borne as well as the harbor are reachable within a few minutes walking (no transportation needed). If public transportation is needed for example to visit Gaudi’s park Guell or Sagrada Familia (the symbol of the city), there would be a metro station literally right in front of the building’s entrance with access to 3 lines (L2, L3 and L4). The L4 (yellow line) would bring guests also to the beaches Barceloneta, Port Olimpic/ Ciutadella, Marbella and Poble Nou. The line L3 (green line) would bring the guest for example to Barca’s impressive football stadium CAMP NOU. The underground metro in Barcelona is cheap and fast. There would also be the option to take a taxi which in Barcelona is also cheaper than in most western European cities. Taxis are circulating in this area 24h. There is a taxi stop right at the next street corner (15 meters from the apartment). To get to the beach from the apartment would take about 10 minutes (depending on the traffic) and would not cost more than 7,- Euros.

During the check-in procedure our guests will receive detailed explanations about everything that is useful and important to know when visiting this great city. We have a selection of restaurant and tapas bar recommendations prepared and will advise where to find the next grocery store, about shop opening hours, etc..
