Spacious Apartment, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms for up to 7 Guests

The 'Paseo de Gracia C' apartment is a high quality rental, equipped with designer pieces and top end appliances.

It is located right on this gorgeous and the city's wealthiest avenue. Here on Passeig de Gracia is where all the famous designer brands have their stores. Placa de Catalunia (the center core of the city), the gothic quarter and Las Ramblas are only a stone throw away from the apartment.

From the moment that you walk into the beautiful marble entrance of this in 1890 constructed building you will be completely captivated.

This spacious apartment offers 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom comes with double bed and a huge wardrobe. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds (which easily can be pushed together as a double bed), a big cupboard and a spacious en suite bathroom with bath tub/ shower. The third bedroom is a single room and comes with a desk, a single bed and a big cupboard. Right next to this bedroom is the second bathroom situated which is accessible from the long hallway. The living room of this apartment is large, faces Passeig de Gracia and even has a balcony from where the visitor can overview the avenue down to Placa de Catalunya; the main square. Further on the living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas which point at a big Plasma TV as well as 2 arm chairs. One of the sofas converts in one easy movement into a comfortable double bed. Also in the living room there is a desk with chair which comes in handy in case some work needs to be done. A red leather designer chair in the corner is there for kicking back and reading. There is also a big dining table for 6 people (and an extra chair for the 7th person).

Kitchen: The fully equipped and modern kitchen offers everything necessary in case guests wish to prepare a meal. All appliances are top brands. At the guests disposal are an induction stove, oven, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, etc.

The apartment is located on the third floor with elevator. The buildings community is quiet and there is a very friendly doorman at the entrance. We guaranty that our guests will have a very pleasant stay here.

So far we manage three apartments in this beautiful maintained building (Paseo de Gracia C, D and F) and have the gorgeous Batlló apartment just around the corner. These apartments are also published on this website.

Great Apartment

My family of 5 adults stayed in Marcel's apartment for 6 nights. It was in a perfect location in a beautiful building. Check in was easy. Marcel was waiting for us. He offered many suggestions of places to eat as well as how to get around town. The living room comfortably accommodated all of us without feeling crowded. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious. The train station was right downstairs so very easy to travel. Every morning we went to a nearby bakery to pick up fresh croissants. Great tapas restaurant around the corner. Easy to get to the beach too. I can't wait to come back to Barcelona and Marcel's apartment. Would recommend it to all. Regards, Diane S.

Amazing stay

Amazing stay at Marcel's place. The apartment is in an incredible building with marble entrance area and concierge. Marcel met us on time and showed us through the apartment. The neighborhood is incredible. 2 blocks from Plaza Catalunya and 2 blocks from Casa Batilio. Tapas 24 right around the corner. The beds were comfortable. Overall the place was very large and spacious. Our 4 year old daughter loved running around and we enjoyed cooking dinner together each night.

Lovely, centrally located apartment; great service

Our family of 5 stayed in this clean and comfortable apartment. We were greeted by Marcel at check in and he was very helpful and accommodating. The apartment is in a great location; close to the Metro, shops, and restaurants, and was equipped with everything we needed. Marcel gave great recommendations for where to eat, etc. He even arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station when we departed for Valencia. We would definitely recommend this apartment. We had a wonderful time in Barcelona. Thank you Marcel!.

Perfect Apartment in Perfect Location

What a wonderful experience. Marcel was great to work with in advance. And the apartment was everything he promised and more. Comfortable for 4 work associates, close to walk to La Rambla and the Plaza to catch the hop-on-hop-off bus. Great market around the corner, good wi-fi, nice shower, nice kitchen and washer/dryer as well. Can't beat it. Will be back - and Marcel is the most wonderful communicator which helps when you are trying to get everything accomplished.

Great Apartment!

My girlfriends and I visited Barcelona last week. This spacious apartment was a good fit for a group of 5. Located in Barcelona City Center, it was just a walking distance to Casa Milà, Casa Batlló, and all kinds of retail stores for shopping. Many restaurants were just around the corner. The property manager Marcel was very thorough and professional. Overall, our experience in Barcelona was superb. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Great apartment. Wonderful location.

Apartment was just as advertised. It seemed to be in the center of everything worth seeing. Andrea met us and was very helpful in describing the area. She told us about Ciudad Condal which was just around the corner and served one of the best meals during our trip. There are a lot of wonderful restaurants in the area and having a Metro stop in front of the apartment was very convenient. The street was noisy but the insulated windows really blocked the noise. The apartment has a notebook with instructions on how to operate the appliances along with maps and information on nearby restaurants, shopping and tourist destinations.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

This wonderful apartment is located on the city's most elegant commercial boulevard, “Passeig de Gracia” only a few meters from Placa de Catalunia, the city's main square.

The Area surrounding the Apartment;

The guest staying at the Passeig de Gracia C apartment will be assured easy access to this lively Mediterranean city and will find that this apartment is a great spot from which to map out daily jaunts and from which to explore all that this fantastic city has to offer...

Most of Barcelona’s famous spots of interest such as Gaudi’s La Pedrera, the Picasso museum, the Cathedral, Las Ramblas with the well known Boqueria fresh food market, the old town with the gothic quarter and El Borne as well as the harbor are reachable within a few minutes walking (no transportation needed). If public transportation is needed for example to visit Gaudi’s park Guell or Sagrada Familia (the symbol of the city), there would be a metro station literally right in front of the building’s entrance with access to 3 lines (L2, L3 and L4). The L4 (yellow line) would bring guests also to the beaches Barceloneta, Port Olimpic/ Ciutadella, Marbella and Poble Nou. The line L3 (green line) would bring the guest for example to Barca’s impressive football stadium CAMP NOU. The underground metro in Barcelona is cheap and fast. There would also be the option to take a taxi which in Barcelona is also cheaper than in most western European cities. Taxis are circulating in this area 24h. There is a taxi stop right at the next street corner (15 meters from the apartment). To get to the beach from the apartment would take about 10 minutes (depending on the traffic) and would not cost more than 7,- Euros.

During the check-in procedure our guests will receive detailed explanations about everything that is useful and important to know when visiting this great city. We have a selection of restaurant and tapas bar recommendations prepared and will advise where to find the next grocery store, about shop opening hours, etc..
