The 'Paseo de Gracia C' apartment is a high quality rental, equipped with designer pieces and top end appliances.

It is located right on this gorgeous and the city's wealthiest avenue. Here on Passeig de Gracia is where all the famous designer brands have their stores. Placa de Catalunia (the center core of the city), the gothic quarter and Las Ramblas are only a stone throw away from the apartment.

From the moment that you walk into the beautiful marble entrance of this in 1890 constructed building you will be completely captivated.

This spacious apartment offers 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom comes with double bed and a huge wardrobe. The second bedroom offers 2 single beds (which easily can be pushed together as a double bed), a big cupboard and a spacious en suite bathroom with bath tub/ shower. The third bedroom is a single room and comes with a desk, a single bed and a big cupboard. Right next to this bedroom is the second bathroom situated which is accessible from the long hallway. The living room of this apartment is large, faces Passeig de Gracia and even has a balcony from where the visitor can overview the avenue down to Placa de Catalunya; the main square. Further on the living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas which point at a big Plasma TV as well as 2 arm chairs. One of the sofas converts in one easy movement into a comfortable double bed. Also in the living room there is a desk with chair which comes in handy in case some work needs to be done. A red leather designer chair in the corner is there for kicking back and reading. There is also a big dining table for 6 people (and an extra chair for the 7th person).

Kitchen: The fully equipped and modern kitchen offers everything necessary in case guests wish to prepare a meal. All appliances are top brands. At the guests disposal are an induction stove, oven, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, dish washer, washing machine, dryer, microwave, toaster, etc.

The apartment is located on the third floor with elevator. The buildings community is quiet and there is a very friendly doorman at the entrance. We guaranty that our guests will have a very pleasant stay here.

So far we manage three apartments in this beautiful maintained building (Paseo de Gracia C, D and F) and have the gorgeous Batlló apartment just around the corner. These apartments are also published on this website.

Wonderful apartment. Great location.

Our family of four with two college aged kids had plenty of space. The place was very clean and in great repair. When we arrived Marcel walked us through every detail and had helpful recommendations. We could walk most places but also had access to the metro right out the front door for longer distances. So easy and very central. Couldnt have been better.

Upscale, super clean, spacious, and great location

We would stay here again!.

I've used VRBO in Europe a half dozen times in the last two years with my wife and two teenage sons, this is by far the best we've rented.

All the other reviews are accurate. This is an upscale rental. Our driver could take us directly to the entrance where we were met at the door by the gracious host.

The apartment was immaculate, clean, bright, and very spacious. There was an excellent informational binder with recommendations. There's a small balcony to get a view of the wide streets below containing high-end stores. There was a washer AND dryer, very convenient for people who travel light. The apartment was just down the block from Gaudi's Casa Battlo and a mile from La Sagrada Familia. The popular areas of the city are all within easy walking distance. Around the corner is Rambla de Catalunya (not the La Rambla tourist trap) with great places to eat. One opportunity is to improve the wifi speed, but that's probably a function of the local provider.

Absolutely wonderful!

This apartment was absolutely perfect. It was very comfortable, clean, and spacious. The location was ideal. It was possible to walk or take the metro or bus from right outside the door to anywhere, and the bus to and from the airport was just a few blocks away. The owners, Marcel and Andrea, were warm and welcoming and gave us excellent information to make our visit to Barcelona truly enjoyable. We hope to come back again soon and would love to stay here again. I highly recommend it!

Perfect locations and comfortable accommodations!

We really enjoyed staying in Marcel’s apartment during our stay in Barcelona. It’s in the perfect location in front of a metro stop and 2 blocks away from Plaza Catalunya (Center of city with all metro connections). The apartment has a balcony overlooking the street which has some of the best shopping and restaurants in town, consider it the Rodeo Drive of Barcelona. The apartment was clean and comfortably slept our family of 5 with the master having 2 twin beds, second room queen bed and 3rd bedroom another twin bed. The host was super friendly and accommodating to our early arrival. He provides a book with local recommendations and has guidebooks in the apartment so no need to buy one of those if it’s your first time in Barcelona. Overall the perfect place to stay in Barcelona!

This wonderful apartment is located on the city's most elegant commercial boulevard, “Passeig de Gracia” only a few meters from Placa de Catalunia, the city's main square.

The Area surrounding the Apartment;

The guest staying at the Passeig de Gracia C apartment will be assured easy access to this lively Mediterranean city and will find that this apartment is a great spot from which to map out daily jaunts and from which to explore all that this fantastic city has to offer...

Most of Barcelona’s famous spots of interest such as Gaudi’s La Pedrera, the Picasso museum, the Cathedral, Las Ramblas with the well known Boqueria fresh food market, the old town with the gothic quarter and El Borne as well as the harbor are reachable within a few minutes walking (no transportation needed). If public transportation is needed for example to visit Gaudi’s park Guell or Sagrada Familia (the symbol of the city), there would be a metro station literally right in front of the building’s entrance with access to 3 lines (L2, L3 and L4). The L4 (yellow line) would bring guests also to the beaches Barceloneta, Port Olimpic/ Ciutadella, Marbella and Poble Nou. The line L3 (green line) would bring the guest for example to Barca’s impressive football stadium CAMP NOU. The underground metro in Barcelona is cheap and fast. There would also be the option to take a taxi which in Barcelona is also cheaper than in most western European cities. Taxis are circulating in this area 24h. There is a taxi stop right at the next street corner (15 meters from the apartment). To get to the beach from the apartment would take about 10 minutes (depending on the traffic) and would not cost more than 7,- Euros.

During the check-in procedure our guests will receive detailed explanations about everything that is useful and important to know when visiting this great city. We have a selection of restaurant and tapas bar recommendations prepared and will advise where to find the next grocery store, about shop opening hours, etc..
