Stylish and spacious, Buganvilla boasts extensive mature grounds, together with uninterrupted views across the lush valleys of Valencia.

To the front of the property, picturesque citrus groves and agricultural land which opens up to stunning views of the jagged peaks of the Sierra Bernia Mountains – making the villa’s front terrace the perfect place to watch the sun set with a cool drink. To the rear, is a lush private garden and large private swimming pool.

For those wanting something slower paced, there’s plenty to do and see including the Arenal beach in Javea.

Fantastic villa with great amenities nearby!!

This villa is of the highest standards with its own beautiful pool. My wife and I stayed here with our 2 young children and suited us perfectly. A short drive to the beach or a day lounging by a private pool, followed by an evening of restaurants nearby to suit all our tastes and preferences really did enable us to have a wonderful holiday. A simple 10/10 from us and can't wait to book our next holiday to this villa.

A great Villa

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this villa. We have been visiting this area for the last 12 years and this is the best villa we have stayed in. The villa is perfectly situated between Javea and Moraira giving you the best of both world. The villa also gives you lovely peaceful day to lounge around the fantastic pool. We loved this villa so much we have already booked the villa for our 3rd visit next year. The villa has everything needed for a family holiday and feels like a home from home. I must also say that not all villas are as clean as we would like but this one is absolutely spotless and cannot be faulted. Paul makes booking the villa very straight forward, overall 10 out of 10 and a must if you looking for a family holiday close to perfection.

Amazing Villa

We come to this area of Spain every year to visit relatives and this villa is one of the best we have stayed in. It is very well equipped inside, modern, clean and well laid out and, more importantly for Spain, the outside area is great too; by the pool during the day and at the front for the views for an evening drink or three. The large outside table is always shaded which makes it an excellent place to sit and chill between laying on the sunbed and swimming.

It is ideally situated for the beaches at Javea and Moraira and, if you enjoy snorkeling, try Playa Del Portixol. We tend to go into Javea most evenings as there are plenty of great restaurants along the Arenal (Lungo Mare and Geographic are our favourites!) and plenty of small market stalls in the evenings too. The port end of Javea also has some excellent restaurants.

A beautifully presented villa

Situated perfectly between Moraira and Javea this villa exceeded our expectations and provided my family with the perfect base for a holiday. The villa was presented to the highest standards and had everything required inside and outside to totally enjoy the holiday. Excellent value for money and defiantly would book this villa again when we visit this stunning part of the Costa blanca.

Perfect place to relax and chill out.

The villa property was accurate in every detail, very well maintained with excellent facilities of a very high standard. Beautiful location, quiet, felt very secure, a peaceful haven where you could enjoy a relaxing holiday break.

The owner of the Villa provided excellent customer service, nothing was too much trouble in respect of any questions you needed to ask. Offerred to help with transfers which went verry smoothly both ways.

We enjoyed a lovely meal at Noray restaurant in Javia Port with a table overlooking the sea, total bliss, as well as a Tappas night with an added attraction of Flamenco singers and dancers. We enjoyed a boat trip to Denia and a bus ride to Calpe.

Enjoyed walking along the beach front in Javia Port, a really pretty place with interesting shops to peruse.

I would definitely recommend the Villa, the only point I would make is that it would be preferable to have your own transport for getting around as the Port, Town, Old Town and Bus Station are along way from the Villa.

I have never had a Villa holiday before but after this one I would be more than happy to try it again, as long as the property was of a similar standard.
