This three bedroom apartment is situated in central Brighton close to the railway station, shopping areas, eating places and is just a fifteen minute walk to the beach. The property is also a short walk to the famous 'Lanes' shopping area. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second and third bedrooms have two single beds in each.

The property also benefits from broadband at no extra cost.

Christmas break

We stayed at this apartment over the Christmas period. There were six of us staying in total, which meant that we used the two bedrooms plus the pull- down bed in the lounge. We had a couple weeks f nit Ian problems with keys that wouldn't fit and a TV that wouldn't work, but our contact, Renny, was more than helpful and responded quickly and effectively - and the issues were more to do with the previous occupants than anything else. The apartment was delightful and we thoroughly enjoys our Christmas break there. The lounge / kitchen area is spacious and comfortable, the heating effective, and the kitchen facilities all in good working order. Only one bathroom / toilet was a bit of a challenge when all six of us were in, but this wasn't a major issue. The location is perfect, in the middle of the North Lanes and about a ten minute walk fr M the sea front. There is a secure car park just around the corner which charges £16 for 24 hours, which is not bad for Brighton. There was a pub just below our apartment which was a bonus, and we used quite regularly. We didn't notice any major noise coming from the pub when we were in the lounge. Just one observation was that whilst the pull down bed in the lounge was very useful, it did hinder the use of the lounge when some of us were awake and wanted to make some tea, but the people sleeping in there weren't awake! That said, we had a very happy stay and I would certainly recommend it.

Great accommodation centrally located

Lovely apartment very clean smelt beautiful,large spacious bedrooms,and large lounge ,kitchen and dinner ... very central location about 10 mins walk to pier and beach ....loved Brighton and loved this apartment would definitely stay again it is surrounded by shops and pubs plenty to do x my friends and I loved it and definitely will return x the whole thing handled really well by home away lettings agents pippa was really professional and lovely 😊 this is such a reasonable priced apartment x

Great place

Our stay at Brighton Apartment went exactly as planned and it worked out very well. Correspondence with the owners was timely and the housekeeper met us at the place to let us in early as soon as we arrived which was much appreciated after a long flight. It is only a couple minute walk from the train station. The place is very clean and well maintained and it is just like the pictures online. The location was perfect for us and my deposit was returned promptly upon leaving. Thank you for helping make our stay comfortable and stress free under difficult circumstances. I would highly recommend this property.

A relaxing, comfortable stay

We needed somewhere large for the family over Christmas. The flat was easy to find and proved very spacious and comfortable, its really a 3 bed house but on 1st and 2nd floors! Pippa was most helpful and communication both before and after booking was excellent. Note the flat is on a main street. There is a food market nearby and the famous Picture House around the corner. Lots of good places to eat in Brighton - even at Christmas!

A Great Location - Will Go Back!

Plenty of room for a family of 5.

A very nice flat, located in a GREAT location - within walking distance of transit, restaurants, shopping.

We haven't done a vacation rental property before, we normally do hotels, but this was actually a bit cheaper, and gave us much more amenities than we would have gotten anywhere else.

Lovely spacious property

After finding the property (a black side door next to a shop) what a surprise. The space was amazing. Advertised as an apartment, this is a lovely large house above a shop. We were only 3 adults, but would be perfect for 6.

Very clean, comfortable and spacious, nice to have a separate dining room. Only 10 mins walk until you are in the Lanes and the heart of Brighton. After searching many apartments of a similar price, this was far superior..London Road a bit noisey at night, but had a lovely stay. Great restaurants, we are vegetarian and we're spoilt for choice. Would highly recommend this property.
