A Superb Traditional Spanish villa with stunning sea views across to Calpe Rock and in the very popular area of San Jamie. This villa is ideally placed for all amenities. You can walk to the local supermarket which is 100 metres away. 50 metre walk to local bars and restaurants. Bus stop 100 metres away. English TV with sports. DVD/CD and internet. All rooms have air conditioning.

An ideal for families and friends who want to be together but value their privacy as it allows 2 people to sleep in the apartment. It has wonderful outside spaces. Gardens. An outside fully fitted 6 x 4m kitchen / bar/ BBQ by the lovely private swimming pool. Sun bathing terrace and a 8 seater Jacuzzi. Shaded areas for sun free relaxing.

Walking to the front door and the porch area plus one set of outside table and chairs, you enter the villa and find a large hallway. Leading off is a fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher microwave, cooker etc. A twin bedroom and shower room. At the other end of the hall is the open plan lounge and separate dining room with the stunning views of Calpe Rock. Also an entrance leading to one of the lovely terraces which also overlooks the sea and Calpe Rock. Back through the sitting room which has a fireplace you will come to another double bedroom which has it's own small sitting area with balcony over looking the swimming pool. A twin bedroom and family bathroom completes this floor.

The master bedroom has a four poster bed with en-suite bathroom over looking the sea. The lovely terrace will be the place to enjoy your early mornings or late evening chill.

There is secure off road parking for 2+ cars with remote control gated drive, private gardens, and various terraces for a quiet relaxing family holiday.

Amazing villa

Fab villa in a fab location. Having stayed in several villas in Spain this one has been my favourite so far. It ticked every box for a family holiday with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Also with enough spaces around the gardens to sit and relax it means that your not all living in each others pockets. The villa is just lovely and immediately feels like home, FYI once you see the master bedroom there might be a fight over who is staying in it! If your smart you'll get in there first. The pool area is great, plenty of sunbeds for everyone but the piste de resistance is the outdoor kitchen! We will definitely be back. A big thank you to Neil for being accommodating and for giving us loads of information. The supermarket is literally 50 meters away and there are loads of bars and restaurants around too. Spencers was a particular favourite for us all, Monday night is quiz night and not to be missed.

50th Birthday Family Holiday

Anyone looking at this Villa THEN BOOK IT NOW !!!! Wow is the word that comes to mind....... 9adults + 3 Young kids stayed here for nearly 2weeks and we All loved it. The Outside Bar and Pool were Fantastic. Villa was next to every thing Bars, Food, Supermarket all within 2-3min walk :-) Beds were so comfy and the master bedroom was out of this world. You can relax or have fun in this Very private large Villa. Would love to go back again and Coral who deals with all bookings is only a txt or email away and was very helpful :-) THANKS AGAIN FOR A BIRTHDAY I WILL NEVER FORGET.

Fantastic family villa

pool and bar area was brilliant, hardly used the indoor kitchen; supermarket and local restaurants on the doorstep, were excellent, all had a great time. this is our 6th villa holiday and this was the best villa we have stayed at.

Lovely villa, great location

Nine of us stayed in this villa for 2 weeks at the end of July. It's a lovely villa in an excellent location, very close to a supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Many more bars and restaurants a little further down the road (15-20 minute leisurely walk) if you like Italian food Magia on the way into Moriara town is fab and for a relaxed if a little expensive cocktail by the beach Algas bar was great. We especially liked the outdoor kitchen at the villa which had a large fridge freezer so need for trips inside for drinks etc. Neil the owner was really helpful nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Finca Marta to anybody travelling to This part of the Costa Blanca.

Lovely villa

We spent a wonderful week here with our children and grandchildren as a celebration for my 60th birthday. The villa is newly renovated and very well equipped. We particularly liked the outdoor kitchen. As it was extremely hot during our visit we cooked all our meals out here. The pool was very welcome and there was easy access for our young grandchildren to get in down the steps and they were both swimming well by the end of the week. As it was so hot we didn't venture far from the villa to do much exploring and were grateful for the supermarket just 100 yards down the road. I would highly recommend this villa and would be happy to return here again.

Finca Marta is in the prime location of San Jamie which is a much sort after area of Moraira. It is close to all the amenities of the and a short walk to Pepe Le Sal supermarket on the Calpe Road. The house is a 5 minute drive to the picturesque village/town of Moraira but for those of you who love a walk it is worth the effort along the coast road past all the bars, restaurants and beaches and is definitely to be recommended. It has the added advantage too of plenty of local bars, quality estaurants and supermarkets just a stroll from your front door.

There are a couple of night clubs in the town and one just outside the village. Children's fair. Marina. Many supermarkets and banks. Nice gift. clothes and shoe shops. The area is idea for families as the town is quite small, very clean and the Spanish are very friendly. There is a small fair open most of the year. In Benidorm there is the Terra Mitica theme park, Aqualandia Water Park and Mundomar sea life park. Benidorm Palace is worth a visit for an enjoyable night out. Train station in Teulada. The local wine from the Jalon Valley is an absolute must do. The nearest nine hole golf course is 5 minutes away. 8 other courses within an hours drive from the villa. There is a tennis club in Moraira. Water bikes, pedalos etc. in the town centre and on the beach. International Go-Karting track but suitable for all levels.

Cancellation. In the event of cancellation less than eight weeks prior to arrival no refunds will be given. In the event of cancellation more than eight weeks from the arrival date your 25% deposit will be forfeited but the balance will not be paid. If the owner cancels you will be offered alternative accommodation first. If this is not suitable a refund of either the deposit or in full if the total balance has been paid in full. The key deposit will be refunded in all instances. Holiday insurance should be purchased at the same time as the reservation is made to safe guard against cancellations on your part.
