Cozy chalet, comfortable and well located, 12 minutes walk to the beach (El Arenal). Air conditioning. Floor heating, gas boiler.

A 100 m, supermarket 'Consum'. A 300 m cafes, restaurants. newspapers, laundry, pharmacy, etc.

Private pool 10m x 5m. Outdoor shower with hot water.

On the first floor: 3 double bedrooms. Master bedroom balcony overlooking the garden and the Montgo, incorporated bathroom. Bedroom with two single beds and the third with two single beds, one nest.

2 Bathrooms with bathtub.

Fully equipped kitchen microwave, dishwasher, oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, all necessary cooking utensils, coffee maker, juicer, blender, etc. Utility room with washing machine. Movable clothesline.

Comfortable villa for easy vacation

We stayed in the the villa with a group of two adults and four children (5-10 years). The villa was perfect for us, as the kids loved the pool and the garden, and the villa itself had enough room to allow also some personal space when needed.

The pool was of perfect size and depth, as even the 5 yers old could reach the bottom of the pool in the shallow end, and the older kids could jump to water in the deeper end. The pool was their favourite!

Javéa was the perfect destination for us, and we could definitely consider this villa again!

Briliant location, house, garden & pool

The property was perfect for us 2 adults, children 4, 11 & 13. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The garden and pool were brilliant and bigger than the photo look, we will return. It was approx. 10-15 min walk to the beach and a large supermarket was only a couple of mins away. Highly recommended for a great holiday. Patricia arranged for us to be collected from the airport and was very helpful for anything we needed to know about the property or the surrounding area.

Modern villa with everything you need!

This was just perfect for our grown up family. We have been to this this part of Spain for over 10 years and as we know the area so well, we wanted a comfortable house to that was close to all amenities and we didn't have to reply on a car.

We travelled with grown up children, so it met their requirements of enjoying all that Javea had to offer and also for us parents being able to relax, knowing that we too could relax by the lovely private pool and garden.

The "Consum" supermarket was only a couple of minutes walk and town/beach only 15 minutes walk.

There is a well equipped kitchen with TV and WiFi, enough for everybody to use.

It can be summarised by clean, modern and comfortable house in great location with a beautiful pool and gardens.

We would return ...

Javea in July

Fantastic property, perfect fro 4 adults. The pool and outside space are perfect.

All correspondence with Patricia beforehand was excellent including directions.

The location is superb, less than 5 minutes to a huge supermarket & a pleasant 15 minute stroll to Arenal beach.

I would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again.

Great property for family with pool

This was just perfect for us. We focused on getting a comfortable house to stay at and our dealings with Patricia (great English) beforehand persuaded us this was the right one - it was.

We travelled with two children (7 & 9), who spent a lot of the time in the pool (about 4ft to 7+ft at the deep end). Antonio (Patricia's father ?) met us and we enjoyed testing our Spanish (all three words :-) ) and sign language with him - all good fun - great guy !

Its very private - good security near the "Consum" supermarket (5 mins walk) and near the town (about 15-20 mins walk)

We hired a car for the week (parking behind electric gate) and drove from Alicante airport to the property in about 1hr 10 mins.

The Arenal beach is beautiful, soft sand and fun waves for the kids with body boards (we left two behind us if your kids enjoy this !)

There is a well equipped kitchen. The wifi is about 3MB - perfect for streaming internet TV (Engilsh channels for the Euros !) and the odd film for the kids.

We enjoyed the Lungo Mare restaurant - great pizza and also lovely pastas ! We went here three times - relaxed but good food

It can be summarised by clean comfortable property in great location with a beautiful pool.

We were comfortable and happy here and would return ...

Very nice and cozy villa, good location

Communication from Patricia was excellent before we arrived and was greeted by Patricia's mother, very friendly family! The villa is very nice and with our family of 5 enough space for all.

Very clean and lot's of facilities for cooking and cleaning. Location is good, about 15-20 minutes stroll with children to the beach.

I definitely Recommend this villa!

Marina Alta region. Javea.

Between two points, La Nao and San Antonio, Javea appears. In its entirety and in each of the three environments that are divided: the town, the port and the Arenal, the population maintains the balance between the important traces of the civilizations that chose it as settlement and the modernity of a destination Tourist. In the old town, whitewashed houses with doors, windows and stone balconies, are narrow streets. On the coast, beaches, coves and select urbanization.

From Cape San Antonio to Cala Granadella, Javea is the perfect example of the varied coastline along the Costa Blanca. Sailing, diving or simply swimming can be unique experiences here. To the north, the coast offers the chance to delve into the depths of the Marine Nature Reserve of Cabo de San Antonio. In the harbor you can rent a cruise or take up the sport of sailing in any of the schools it houses and in summer, take a boat along the coast to Denia. South of the port, a rocky coast with crystal clear waters invite diving and, further south, a wide sandy beach for sunbathing and where temporary facilities allow skate rental. The coast is even more beautiful and unspoilt between San Martín Cabos and La Nao and between the islands of Portichol and Descubridor seabed is ideal for scuba diving. Finally, the attractive Cala Granadella clear waters to enjoy bathers. Several diving clubs, a golf course and an excellent range of accommodation, catering and entertainment round out the appeal of this popular tourist enclave.

A port and a marina with about 500 berths, schools dinghy and windsurf, cruises and diving centers make excellent sport yacht tender that will allow visitors to discover the beauty both surface and deep in this privileged area the Costa Blanca. And on land, a golf course, an equestrian center where riding lessons and dressage and jumping classes are taught in addition to a sports center with basketball court, volleyball courts and a fitness center which also can play sports as the ping-pong or fencing.
