Want to live in a 2BR penthouse designer loft that has all the amenities and be in a GREAT location 1/2 block from Hollywood Blvd where you can walk out your door and within 30 seconds be on the Hollywood Walk of Fame? This is the place for you!

This is a professionally decorated, super bright and sunny, 2 bedroom Penthouse corner loft in the heart of Hollywood and sleeps up to 7 people comfortably. Everything is right outside your door so no need for a car! 2 queen beds, queen sleeper sofa, and a single memory foam roll-away bed. The location is couldn't be more central for all your sightseeing. When that exhausts you, then you can walk to all of the great restaurants right outside the apartment and leave the car at home. This is a loft unit so the upstairs bedroom is an open concept and can see below but still very private. Sit outside and enjoy the sunset from the great patio with views of Hollywood Blvd and the action below.

This place is ideal for both the vacationing and business traveler and comes fully loaded with everything you will need when staying at this beautiful brand new property. The unit itself is tucked away on the top floor of the building providing peace and privacy during your stay. 25' ceilings throughout and tons of windows make it super bright. Fully equipped kitchen with top of the line appliances, original artwork and photography from local artists, patio with views and a table for 4, and top quality bedding and linens on ALL beds. 500 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and private garage parking for two cars are some of the things that ensure you will enjoy your stay.

The kitchen is beautiful and comes with everything you need to eat in should you choose to do so. Large stainless steel fridge/ice maker, Keurig Coffee Machine loaded with Starbucks for you, heavy duty non stick pots and pans, wok, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, knives, silverware, spices, etc. If you need it then you probably have it here.

Need to do laundry or iron to stay fresh in LA? Laundry inside the unit, iron and ironing board, and a blow dryer are also provided.

The property itself is located in a newer Hollywood building with a 24/7 gym and heated pool available for your use. (Pool is brand new with cabanas and daybeds and ready for your use!)

The super bright living room and large sitting patio with views give the place a wonderful energy at all times of day. The living room has a 48" LCD HDTV with Cable TV & NetFlix and free high speed WiFi (40MBS/download speed) to ensure you are always connected. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need from your coffee in the morning from the stocked Keurig Coffee maker to all cooking equipment and spices for making dinner in the evening.

As an avid and experienced world traveler I strive with all of my properties to give you the best traveling experience possible just as I would like it. Some other properties may look nice on the surface but come ill equipped, not this property. Kitchen is full loaded, lots of outlets to charge your devices, laundry inside, etc. Living in Los Angeles for 15+ years, I am always available to give you recommendations on my favorite restaurants, bars or simply cool things to see that guide books won't give you.

Some of the things you can come to expect when staying here are:

* 2 separate bedrooms. Upstairs has a premium queen mattress plus a rollaway single sleeper mattress if needed. Downstairs is a queen sized high end memory foam and pillowtop mattress.

* 500 thread count genuine Egyptian cotton sheets coupled with top end comforters.

* Washer/Dryer inside the unit along with iron and ironing board and also a blowdryer.

* 48" TV loaded with Netflix and cable TV.

* Fully equipped kitchen with all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, spices, oils, blender, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc.

* Keurig coffee machine loaded with Starbucks to start your morning right.

* Private parking for two cars located in the secure garage.

* Central Heating and Air Conditioning (rarely will you need it, but nice to have!)

* Hi Speed Wireless Internet with 30MBS+ mbs download speed

* Luxurious Shampoo, body wash and hand soap along with spa quality linens is provided.


This is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY (noise complaints will result in a $300 charge) and absolutely NO SMOKING inside but is OK on the patio ($300 charge from security deposit)

Quiet hours are from 10PM-8AM so we ask that you kindly respect that as well.

Apartment is perfect for vacationers (foreign and domestic), corporate clients, and temporary housing for local residents needing short term accommodations. NO PARTIES.

I am always an easy phone call, text, or WhatsApp away to help you with whatever it is you need! If you need with nightlife, restaurant recommendations, or using one of Los Angeles' famed ride sharing services (Uber, Lyft) so you can leave the car at home, I am at your disposal.

It was all incredible and much better than promised.

The Owner answered our questions and was always ready to assist us.

We arrived and opened the apartment, that cleanliness and wonderful smell.

Great location and very nice apartment

This was our first VRBO experience it was a very positive one!

We wanted to have a central location from which to drive to different parts of the area and this was pretty much in the heart of everywhere we planned to go including Warner Bros. studio, Universal Studios, La Brea tar pits and other local attractions that were only minutes away. If we did any guided tours, the meeting points were local hotels that were within walking distance. Was also really awesome to walk up a block and be on Hollywood Boulevard and see all the stars on the Walk of Fame!! We really enjoyed eating at Mel’s diner every morning and loved that we could walk.

There’s no getting around the traffic pretty much anywhere in Los Angeles and having to navigate around Hollywood Boulevard wasn’t great sometimes but the location of the apartment was worth it for us and the parking is very secure.

Be aware that the entire area surrounding the apartment is pretty flush with homeless people - so we really did not do much walking around after dark because of this. Not much can be done about that but just an FYI.

Also the noise level on the street and in the courtyard at night could be a bit loud but it’s a trade off for being in the heart of things.

However, the apartment itself is very nice and well -appointed although I recommend waiting to go to the store until after you check in to see what you might need - went to reheat some pizza and there were no baking pans or oven mitts so we had to improvise until we could go to the store to get disposable stuff. Also really great to have washer and dryer right in the apartment!!

We had an issue with a leak in the air conditioning vent. I texted Shawn and he was on it immediately and and the handyman arrived within minutes. Very responsive.

It was the perfect amount of space for me and my two teenage kids. My daughter and I slept in the downstairs bed and my son had the upstairs to himself.

I enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the mornings enjoying my coffee.

I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to be in the heart of things and it was clean and nice. Very secure parking in the garage a huge plus too!

The pool and hot tub are also awesome!!!

Check-in and checkout process was very easy!!!!

Overall I give it an A!!!

Great location, cozy atmosphere

This apartment was perfect for 6 people. The location was awesome, we were walking distance to everything we needed or a short uber drive away to where we wanted to go. The apartment itself was nice, clean and quiet, The pool was a nice perk!

Exactly as advertised

The apartment is exactly as advertised online. It was very clean, and very safe (you have to fob everywhere you go). The location is right around the corner from the Dolby Theater where the Oscars are hosted so you’re smack in the middle of Hollywood, and can easily get to Bev Hills, WeHo, downtown LA, Santa Monica. The beds are very low to the ground so if you’re t’all you might find that an inconvenience, but at 5’3” us girls had no issue. Shawn is also very responsive and available if you need anything. I highly recommend this property, and would definitely stay here again.
