We would like to welcome you to our newly built house situated in a quiet peaceful area of the village. The house, only a 10 minute gentle walk from the village centre, is almost entirely built from wood and offers a warm cosy environment with fantastic views of the mountains. We promise you a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere and an unforgettable stay with us in the village of Alpbach.

A lovely place to stay at

we spent 4 wonderful days at Maria's appartment. The place is just lovely and well equipped. All feels bran new and very tasteful. Maria is a big help suggesting what to do in the area. The Alpbach card is a real treat and saves one a lot of money. Maria went out of her way to accomodate for all our needs, always with a smile and a perfect English.

We will definately be back!!!!

Fun in the Sun

Arrived at the condo and everything was neat, clean and nicely decorated. Had a good partial view of the Gulf and the condo is in a great location for restaurants, shopping and other activities. Large sized pool to cool off during the hot June temps. Beach is fun to look for shells especially with the kids. Overall the family had a great time and we would come back. Thanks for the use of the condo.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un superbe appartement, très propre et spacieux avec une vue à couper le souffle. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Maria et nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise car les propriétaires savaient être très discrets et pourtant à l'écoute pour nous donner de bons conseils. La pension est située à 5 mn à pied du centre d'Alpbach et de tous ses restaurants. La carte offerte aux résidents vacanciers permet de faire des dizaines d'activités gratuites. En résumé, mise à part une grosse journée de pluie où nous avons dû rester cloitrés, nous avons parfaitement profité de la magnifique vallée d'Alpbach et apprécié le repos au calme chez Maria. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et pensons y retourner pour une semaine de ski (spacieuse, très propre, pain frais, wi-fi efficace, décorée avec goût...)

The village lies on a sunny plateau 1000 meters above sea level at the end of the Alpbach valley. In 1983 the village, famous for its flowering balconies, pleasant meadow land and stunning mountainous backdrop, was awarded the “Most Beautiful Austrian Village” award. Alpbach also caters for winter sports enthusiasts with a ski area offering 45 km of marked runs and fantastic powder and off piste areas.

“Living in nature ...” Our house is almost entirely built from wood. We operate the underfloor heating with solar energy and a wood pellet heating system. For the toilets and the garden we use rainwater to save our drinking water.
