Sleeping eight people comfortably, this villa offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large screened-in porch overlooking the woods, an open floor plan, new furniture & decor, a full washer & dryer, free Wi-Fi, recently renovated with brand new hardwood flooring, and much more. Please note that there are steps to enter the townhouse, and the living space and bedrooms are all on one level.
LOCATION: Only 3 miles to downtown Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk, but still close to restaurants and shops. Within walking distance to multiple restaurants like Rehoboth Diner, Agave, Pond, Fin's Ale House & Raw Bar, and many more. Creekwood community is a lovely residential community tucked away in the woods just a few blocks from one of the Breakwater Junction Trail entrances, a community pool (Pools are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day), and lovely walking paths. This townhome is perfect for your family vacation!
PARKING: Parking for two cars, garage parking, and overflow is available within the community.
AMENITIES: Ceiling fans, washer, dryer, central AC, Wi-Fi, and electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out.
THINGS TO KNOW: There are steps to enter the townhouse, and the living space and bedrooms are all on one level. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package for guests. No pets and no smoking.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great unit!

The place was really nice for the most part. It was overall lovely. There were a few minor, very minor issues- such as someone leaving a dirty pan in the oven, we noticed the gutters are filled and probably need to be cleaned,but they did not create a problem forus. I had asked if the property had an entrance to the bike path and was told it did- but it does not. The pool was nice and the grounds were pretty. Wish it was a little closer to the beach but it was fairly easy to drive to Lewes, Rehoboth or Dewey. Would be great if they ever figure a way to get in the community from the back, as opposed to the entrance on rte1.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la maison qui était très propre. Secteur tranquille et bien situé pour les boutiques et les marchés d'alimentation. Nous avons profité des patios. Les indications laissé pour nous permettre de profité au maximum de l'endroit était bien en place. Il n'y a qu'un seul bémol, le lit de la chambre près de la plus petite salle de bain n'est pas confortable, il fait aussi du bruit quand les gens bougent la nuit.... serait à remplacer. Nous avons aimé l'endroit assez pour réserver à nouveau. L'équipe de Remax était disponible en tout temps pour répondre à nos questions, rien n'était laissé au hasard. Si nous pouvons revenir, nous n'hésiterions pas à relouer à cet endroit.

Family Beach Vacation

Overall very nice home! Was a little tight with 7 of us and only 2 bathrooms, but great location! Close to beach, outlets, stores and more. Easy check in and check out process. Lots of rules to follow and there are little notes everywhere as reminders. Beach decor throughout and loved the screened in porch. Morning coffee outside watching the deer and squirrels was lovely. The frogs at night are quite vocal! Kitchen has everything you need or want with a pantry for lots of space. Storage space throughout the home was plenty and very clean upon arrival. The secondary bedroom does not have a TV (all other bedrooms did) for those that need that. The master bedroom is a full size bed, not a queen size bed and very hard for those needing a softer bed.
