Bed Side Cabinets with side Lights, Dressing Table with Stall Mirror and hair dryer, Built in Wardrobes and drawers, and Tavel Cot.(Bathroom) Electric Shower, Toilet and Hand Basin, Mirror and Shaver Socket. (Kitchen) Electric Cooker/Grill and Ceramic Hob, Washing Machine, Fridge, Freezer, Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, coffee machine. (Lounge/Dining Room) Table two chairs with a bench and High Chair, double Sofa with Sofa Bed.
TV, DVD Player, Wifi and Electic Heating.
(Balcony off Lounge) with Park style Bench. Towels and linen are provided, please bring beach towels.
If you arrive before 6pm we meet and take you and your luggage over the sandy beach to your apartment (if able too), If you arrive after 6pm we leave the key in a key safe out side the apartment.

Sandunes apartments have been graded 4 star by visitEngland. Situated on the sandy beach of Camber, from your first floor windows you can look across the bay of Rye and see the cliffs of Fairlight or some of many fishing boats leaving or returning to Rye harbour.

The apartment is above the Kit Kat Cafe, the apartment was purpose built so it is sound and smell proof.

Fantastic property right on the beach, immaculate and so clean, all of the staff in the cafe are so helpful and friendly, will definately be booking again, highly recommend this stay!

Great Beach Apartment

Unbeatable location right on the beach - fantastic sea and beach views. Great coffee and snacks from the KitKat cafe. Music stopped by 5.30pm so not an issue. Great work-out for foot and calf muscles walking across soft sand several times a day. Check-in rated poor as there was no check-in.

My husband and I own and run the well know Kit Kat cafe at Camber Sands which has been in our family since 1988. In 2007 holiday apartments were built above the cafe which we have had as holiday lets since.
We have lived and worked in the tourism industry for more than 20 years and always look forward to greeting new and old friends.

Why they chose this property

The apartment sits right on the beach with approx
3 miles of golden sand to enjoy.
The apartment has a Balcony area over looking the sea.
It was purpose built and are well insulated for warmth and sound proof.

What makes this property unique

If you arrive before 6pm (and we are able to) we offer a meet and greet service. All you have to do is ring me when you arrive and I will meet you and take all your luggage to the apartments.
At that time I will also provide you with your parking permit.

We have no hidden cost,
We include a parking permit, free wifi and linen.
