Superb property! Really enjoyed our stay!

Property is modern, very clean and enjoyable. Roof terrace is a sun trap. Perfect location for the beach. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

Carolina made us very welcome and even provided some celebratory decorations/cava

to make our arrival special as we were there to celebrate my partners 70th birthday.

Stunning, relaxing everything we expected and more

We loved this gorgeous apartment it is as stunning as the pictures suggest, fresh, uber clean, bright and simple. It has everything you need and the air conditioning is an excellent bonus. Lots of storage space in the built in wardrobe. The roof terrace is a sun trap and very private with sun beds and table and chairs with a sea view. You are only 2/3 minutes from the beach and beautiful promenade at Portixol. This is a very Spanish corner of Mallorca, quiet, authentic and un-spoilt. Carolina is the perfect host and super friendly. Almost want to say don't tell anyone as its our secret... loved it and will definately go back.

Tolle Lage , nah am Wasser , nah an Bushaltestelle, Supermarkt um die Ecke, fussnähe zu Palma . Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet , Carolina sehr freundlich !

Freundlich, supersauber, super Lage, Bus + Bars in der Nähe, zu Fuß am Meer entlang zur Kathedrale

Sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Praktisch und sehr sauber. Die Dachterasse (mit Wasserschlauch und Brausekopf) ist toll . Whg ist direkt in einer engen Gasse sodass man keinen besonderen Ausblick hat - aber das ist ja für solch eine Stadtwohnung üblich - von der Dachterasse aus sieht man aber sogar ein Stück Meer :) .Wirklich nur 2 Min. zum Meer und Strand von El Molinar. Die vielen Bars bieten essenstechnisch alles was man will. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt um die Ecke (1,50 € nach Palma). Der Radweg und die Promede sind Luxus. Man läuft 20 Min. direkt am meer entlang bis zur Kathedrale. Im Sommer wird sicher alles sehr voll sein. Wir hatten es ruhig (ausser dem ganztags krähenden Hahn. Das war aber sympatisch weil weit genug weg). Grosser Supermarkt (nah genug um die Sachen heim zu tragen) und kleines Gemüsegeschäft mit frischem Brot um die Ecke.

Wir können nichts negatives sagen.

20 € kostet das Taxi vom Flughafen zur Whg.
