I offer the rental of my second home in Cannes, the "rental cannes sea view Fettolina" is a large holiday apartment of 3 rooms with luxury amenities and recently renovated. Directly at the edge of the Mediterranean Sea, in front of beach, it is located in the very chic and lively district of Palm Beach, on Pointe Croisette Est. You have direct access by bus to the Palais des Festivals for your congresses.

The "rental Cannes sea view - the Fettolina" is ideal for 4 people but with a total capacity of 6 occupants with its 2 bedrooms en suite bathroom. A sofa bed in the living room can serve as 3rd bedroom with water point and separate toilet.

It enjoys a magnificent panoramic view of the sea and Gazagnaire beach from its terrace equipped with a dining table and deckchairs.

Located on Pointe Croisette, on the seafront with direct access to the beach (road to cross), the upscale residence, "Cannes rental sea view - the Fettolina" large 3 rooms of charm, offers a fantastic view of the Islands from Lerins to Cap d'Antibes.

Toilet with washbasin available in the entrance for the night. - The 2 main rooms are renovated in peace have their bathroom in suite with Italian shower, WC and windows. They offer you many storage. They are equipped with air conditioning. The master bedroom offers a new double bed 160 x 200 cm and opens onto a large west balcony. Bedroom 2 is equipped with 2 large and comfortable single beds of 120 x 190 cm. The bathroom was 100% renovated in January 2016 and opens onto a laundry loggia with washing machine and dryer. The apartment has a cot.

It's all about the view!

Amazing views from the balcony and one of the nicest beaches ever!

Apartment is lovely and very clean. Love the en suite showers in each room, comfortable beds and thank god for the AC.

It's a long walk into the center of Cannes but the bus service is good.

Just a few things in the kitchen to suggest:

- a cutting board

- dish cloth and towels

- replace the coffee maker

Veronique was very responsive and took good care of us!

Would recommend this property for sure.

The promenade of La Croisette is indeed quite long, since it takes 20 minutes to a good walker to reach the shops of the Rue d'Antibes. But it is so beautiful along the sea that time passes very quickly. You can use the 2 bikes at your disposal or take the bus that stops every 1/4 h, 50 meters from the residence Fettolina. I hope to host You again in the future. Pascale

Everything was perfect

This apartment is not only lovely, but they have provided just about everything you could possibly need for your stay, including beach chairs and umbrellas. It was very spacious and well-appointed...absolutely lovely home! Veronique was super friendly upon arrival and explained everything to us in very good English. The location was great and it was literally steps to the beach!

Superbe emplacement å la Pointe de la Croisette

Magnifique vue sur la mer, de la pointe de la Croisette au Cap d'Antibes. L'appartement est très agréable, clair, confortable. Tout est prévu pour vous faire passer un excellent séjour. Les propriėtaires et la personne chargée de l'accueil sont aux petits soins pour vous en cas de problème. Nous recommandons vivement cette location qui nous a procuré le plaisir d'être comme à la maison, mais au soleil (pas beaucoup de soleil et de ciel bleu à Paris en février...)! Dépaysement assuré hors saison.

At the foot of your residence, you will find restaurants at all prices. I recommend for lunch, the tavern on the beach left of Fettolina, fresh sandwiches, fresh salads and hearty for a small price €. At the back on the Place de l'Etang, the Italian restaurant Dolce Vita €€€ and Fred the Ecailler famous fish specialist but expensive €€€€! On the beach terrace at the edge of the water, 84 bld Gazagnaire Red Mouré €€€

WATER ACTIVITIES

- Plage Gazagnaire: Pedal boats and sailboats rental

- Port of Red Mouré: Sailing Center at 300 m.

- Port Canto: Boat rental with or without license

TRANSPORT

- The bus to imperial No. 8 has a stop on the Place de l'Étang a few steps and takes you directly to the city center and the Palais des Festivals

HAVE TO DO

- Leave on foot along the Croisette

- Visit the old town and the castle of Suquet.

- At the Old Port take the boats to the Lerins Islands, Walk not to be missed! Access near the terminus of the panoramic bus N ° 8.

- Enjoy an aperitif at sunset on the terrace of the Radisson Blue at the end of the old port or enjoy Happy Hour at the private beach Miramar along the Croisette with good music and comfortable chairs at the water's edge, drink 8 € (bus No 8 stop Miramar)
