Attractive, beautifully decorated 1-bedroom converted Victorian flat, on a lower ground floor, located in Lewisham, Zone 2, near Greenwich, the Thames and Greenwhich Park. Spacious living room, double-bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with bath, shower and toilet, modern furnishings, wooden floor, full WiFi throughout the apartment, smart TV, HiFi.

The living room is spacious and cozy, with books, music and DVDs and comes with a dining table which accommodates 4 people and comfortable sofa bed which sleeps 2 people.

The bedroom has plenty of storage in the wardrobe and is linked to the en-suite bathroom with bath tub, shower over bath, sink and toilet. There is direct access to a garden through the bedroom.

Located in a nice residential road in south-east London, walking distance to shops, food market, parks and Lewisham DLR and train station. Only 20 minute train ride to Charing Cross and Trafalgar square, 10 min to London Bridge and 15 mins to Canary Wharf on DLR. The nearest station, Lewisham is 7 minute walk from the apartment, with frequent trains to central London.

Nearby areas which are worth visiting are Greenwich, the Maritime Museum, Cutty Sark, the Royal Observatory and Greenwhich park.

Suitable for traveling on business or just visiting London. I will provide tourist/transport guides for London and recommend places of interest.

It's very close to Blackheath (a bohemian part of London with quaint shops, restaurants, Cafes, villagey atmosphere) and Greenwich (famous for it's Royal Observatory and amazing park), the Thames, Cutth Sark, famous Greenwich market, beautiful architecture and numerous pubs, restaurants and bars)

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment has a private entrance and direct access to a shared garden, behind which there is a small river. It's peaceful and it provides oasis from the hustle and bustle of London.
