An Excellent & Exclusive location on the only Ibiza Golf course at Roca Llisa !!.

When you enter this Garden Duplex you will find on the main floor the fully equipped kitchen and a ample living room / dining area with views towards the outside terrace and garden through some large glass sliding doors.

The Apartment has no air-conditioning.

Once outside on the terrace, you go down some steps directly to the beautiful and spacious communal gardens, grass lawn and pool area with a large, large swimming pool.

There are some cats outside the property and around the swimming pool area.

The terrace at the duplex Has A special dining area so you can have great dining outdoors.

On the ground floor Their is ook a Guest bathroom with a shower and toilet.

On the first floor you will find two sunny double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath and shower). The Master Bedroom Has A great balcony overlooking the garden and pool area and an ensuite bathroom.

This Garden Duplex is perfect for between one and four people with its 2 bedrooms, you have a very large well mantained pool and gardens just steps away!. Roca Llisa ook Has its own beach called Cala Olivera and it is only three minutes away by car down a wine thing dirt road.

The Golf Course Has Two different courses. One is a full 18 hole golf course par 72 and the other is a 9 hole course. The clubhouse is complete with restaurant, pro shop and changing rooms. Advanced booking is required.

We can arrange for a Baby Cot and a Baby High Chair to be rented for € 7 per night, minimum 7 nights.

Incoming from the communal garden you will find in this 2 story apartment a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living and dining room with TV. Through the double doors you can walk to the terrace overlooking the garden. A guest bathroom with shower is also located on the ground floor.

Duplex appartament will NOT air conditioning.

The terrace is equipped with a large square table to enjoy a meal outside.

From the terrace you, through small steps up on the grass and you can walk through the beautifully maintained garden to the nearby and large communal pool.

On the first floor are two sunny two double bedrooms with two bathrooms (one with shower and the other with shower and bath). The third bedroom with attached bathroom has a spacious balcony overlooking the garden and pool.

This "Garden Duplex" is perfect for 4 people.

Roca Llisa also has a private beach, Cala Olivera, which is 3 minutes by car via a winding dirt road.

The course offers two jobs to; an 18-hole and 9-hole. The clubhouse has a restaurant, a pro shop and changing rooms. Advance reservation is a must.

This beautiful duplex is located right on the Roca Llisa Golf Course or Ibiza, and the only golf course on Ibiza.

The town of Jesús is only 10 minutes away by car and there you can find anything you May need, like restaurants, bars, cafes, banks, supermarkets, drug store and all sorts of little shops.

Santa Eulalia, a real pintoresc seaside town on Ibiza Island is just 10 minutes away. Santa Eulalia is a port town so you can find a harbor with a yatch club, many restaurants and shops, banks, drugstores and supermarkets.

Cala Olivera beach is just 3 minutes from the property, small, but wonderful, with a little kiosk bar on the beach. Cala Llonga is less than 10 minutes from the golf course.

For the famous beach bars: Amante Cala den Serra is only 7 minutes away. Cala Nova Atzaró Beach club is Approximately 15 minutes away. All the eastern side beaches such as: Cala Llonga, Talamanca, Santa Eulalia, Cala Martina, Es Canar and the hippy market are all between 5-15 minutes by car.
