Charming and comfortable 4* holiday home, ideal for a romantic getaway.

The 'House of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie' is a charming Holiday home located in the centre of the historic village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, on a lovely square with a fountain. Although in the centre of the village, it is nevertheless very quiet. The house sleeps 2 to 3 people and is ideal for a romantic getaway for a couple. It has four levels:

- ground floor with kitchen and laundry room;

- first floor with living room, balcony and toilet;

- second floor with bedroom and bathroom;

- top level with terrace, barbecue and dining area, lovely views onto the cliffs and the village.

The house has a 4 star rating with 'Gîtes de France'.

The location of the house is ideal for the discovery of the fantastic natural beauty of Haute Provence: the village of Moustiers-Sainte-Marie, the Verdon canyon, the lake of Sainte-Croix (with its beaches and watersports) and the great lavender fields on the 'Plateau de Valensole' are only a short drive away.

Notes:
The house is close to the village shops (supermarket, bakery, butcher, bar, hairdresser, restaurants ...), however away from the buzz. The place is quiet and relaxing.

Great position and facilities

Really enjoyed the stay, the properties is very nice with great facilities. Moustiers sante marie is a spectacular village with lots of great scenery and walking in the area and on top of that we had dry and sunny weather all week in mid October

RENTAL PRICE :

The rental prices (all taxes included) can be changed at any time. The gîte is always rented as a whole to one person/group/family only : no part of the building is rented to a third party during the stay of our guests. The following amenities are included in the rental price : Water, electricity, WIFI, heating. Towels and bedlinnen are included in the rental price . Cleaning service at the end of the stay is optional and costs 50,- €.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: When the renter arrives, the proprietor will ask for a security deposit of 600,- € (check, cash or Bank card). After the inspection report is drawn up jointly at the time of departure, this deposit is returned, minus the cost of restoring the premises to their original condition if damage is found or if cleaning has not been done properly. In case a security deposit is not asked by the owner, that does not imply that the guest has no responsability with regards to the damage he may cause or the obligation to leave the gîte behind in a state of spotless cleanliness.
DETAILED CANCELLATION CONDITIONS can be obtained from the owner at any moment. In short :
* Cancellation more than 30 days before arrival : 100% of the deposit is due to the owner.
* Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival : 100% of the deposit + 100% of the balance is due to the owner.
