On entering the apartment one immediately finds the elegant kitchen with rustic dining table and pretty paintings by local artists.

There is a large living room with comfortable sofas and armchairs from which you can appreciate the views over the harbour, Albion Gardens and the sea.

The staircase adjacent to the kitchen takes you down to the lower ground floor which is surprising spacious and light. The master bedroom is exceptionally large and furnished with a 37inch TV and sofa as well as a 5ft King Bed and large wardrobe.

Next to the master bedroom there is a twin room.This bedroom is cosy and comfortable.

To the rear of the lower ground floor there are two generous wash rooms. The first with a bath and rain shower above and the second with a walk in shower.

There is a small outdoor area to the rear which gets the sun in the late afternoon. It is an ideal place for a morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening.

Liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung in toller Lage

Die große Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. In einem Willkommenspaket erhält man noch nützliche Kleinigkeiten. Es gibt sogar eine kleine Auswahl an Büchern und DVDs. Alles wirkte sauber und gepflegt, lediglich ein paar Glühbirnen waren kaputt... Die Wohnung entsprach genau den Angaben im Internet, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war gut, so dass alles reibungslos geklappt hat. Im Haus liegt auch noch mal ein Ordner mit allen wichtigen Infos. Die Lage ist sehr schön, man kann aus dem großen Schlafzimmer (im Souterrain) und aus dem Wohnzimmer das Meer sehen, der Hafen ist gleich um die Ecke. In kürzester Distanz sind mehrere Restaurants, Pubs und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotzdem ist es nachts ruhig. Sogar das Wetter war klasse! Und das über Silvester.

Large double wardrobe with drawer for storage. Large bay window and doors opening up to small light well which makes it a warm and sunny room. Second bedroom is cosy with charming antique beds which we can make up as a double using a memory foam topper for a great nights sleep. Wardrobe provided for storage.
