Fantastic house with everything you need

  • 4 of 5

We have stayed on the Isle of Lewis many times over the last 10 years and fancied staying on Harris this year.

That was a fabulous decision as the island is fantastic. The house made the stay all that more enjoyable. It has everything you need to make a great family holiday. 500metres from a beautiful white sandy beach, more beautiful beaches within 10 minutes.

Kitchen was very well stocked for cooking meals, etc.

Lovely just lovely. The kids have asked to come back next year

Large & comfortable house in ideal location

  • 4 of 5

This is the fourth time we've stayed at this cottage (which ought to say it all!). It's eight years since the last time, and the cottage has been significantly upgraded since then. It's very comfortable, with everything you need, including wifi and satellite TV for the odd occasion it rains a bit too heavily.

Perfect location for exploring Harris - easy access to the fabulous beaches of the west coast, and not too far from Tarbert or Leverburgh for supplies. Would thoroughly recommend - excellent value for money on an island that might be starting to price itself out of the market.

Great space and location

  • 5 of 5

House is spacious and has all you need- we were two families with 5 kids between us. The location is perfect - beautiful sandy beaches just minutes from the the house and the main beaches of Scarista, Luskentyre etc only 5 -10 mins drive. Would definitely recommend this big house for large families/ groups of friends and the area around is absolutely perfect.
