We had a lovely time it’s in a brilliant location nice restaurants and a few bars not far away. Would definitely go back again for another holiday there. And Emma was fantastic and was very welcoming

An absolute gem !

What an absolute gem this property is we were so lucky to have found it . Absolutely everything about this property was fabulous it is one of those properties when you open the door you know you have made the best decision . Emma is the best host I have ever dealt with she was so welcoming and professional she had exacting standards I have never known a host to be so excellent but also the lovliest person. Her aim was our utmost comfort this was a real home from home . The property was immaculate, extremely well equipped with top appliances and extremely well equiped kitchen . The well equiped laundry room meant I can bring 1 less suitcase when we next return !The outside area was so pleasant with a lovely grassed area at the back with lovely BBQ and dining outside area so safe for children and beautiful dining area at the front . Sunbeds were also provided .The landscaping was delightful so well thought out and so attractive . The property was so bright and fresh and airy it had a lovely calm atmosphere . The pool area was so clean and was separate and sensibly with locked gate again very safe and never busy we had it to ourselves often . We will certainly be returning as long as Emma remains the host ! Thank you for a truly delightful stay

Perfect!

The apartment is fantastic - as described, spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need already provided (including dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc., DVDs and games for the kids, even Nespresso capsules). Location is also wonderful with 3 stunning beaches in walking distance. We have no hesitation in recommending the apartment and will be returning next year.

Fantastic apartment - well worth booking!

I have never written a review before but felt I needed to for this apartment as was so pleased with it - from the moment we booked with Emma she has been in contact with us making sure we had all the info we needed which was really reassuring. She also met us at the apartment and gave us a good 30min overview on all the facilities, where to eat, shop, beaches, etc - she could not have been more comprehensive or helpful.

Everything about this apartment is just perfect; the gardens and terrace are beautiful, fabulous brick bbq for alfresco dining, spotlessly clean, powerful warm showers, comfy beds, ample towels including beach one, modern kitchen with all the mod-cons and ac that works!

But it was the little things that we loved too - an array of spices and herbs available for you, coffee tea sugar, washing and cleaning products, Tupperware for picnics, coffee pods, ample crockery and fab large glasses for those g&t's! Plus an array for kids toys to keep our 6 year old happy. Pool is great too - hardly anyone in it and at times we had the whole pool to ourselves.

The only slight negative is that there are only a few restaurants within walking distance but all those we tried were great especially the one next door Las Palmeras ; don't be put off by the looks - food was amazing and the cheapest meal out especially plat du jour which was 3 courses with a bottle of water AND wine EACH!

Finally great beaches within walking distance too but we did like Cala Romantica just around the bay. We would recommend a car to explore the rest of beautiful Mallorca though....

Well worth booking this apartment - you will not be disappointed!

Lovely apartment in a beautiful location

We had a brilliant week in the apartment. It's set in a pretty and peaceful location and really well equipped with plenty of cooking utensils and crockery and with modern appliances, a great outdoor grill and lots of space to eat and relax. The enclosed garden is safe and perfect for children. the children's games and toys were a lovely extra to find. The whole apartment is fresh and clean and Emma was a brilliant and helpful host who was easily contactable during our stay. The pool, which is very close to the apartment is clean and well maintained. Cala Mendia, the closest beach is lovely and clean and probably one of the nicest we went to. It's a quiet area with only a few restaurants (which appealed to us!) The restaurant next door to the apartments 'Las Pameras' served lovely food, as did Cafe Romantique just down the hill. the small Spar down the road has a good selection of essentials. The closest supermarket is in Porto Cristo which is a 10 minute drive, or there is a much larger Eroski in Sa Coma which had a much wider selection of produce and is about 20 minutes away and easy to find. We wouldn't hesitate to return to this lovely apartment again!

Five star accommodation!

I was so relieved, especially at the end of the day's travelling, to find that this spacious apartment was even better than the pictures show.

The modern style (eg IKEA), exactly to my taste, was immaculate, and well thought out.

Emma's great email communications beforehand gave me a clue as to her attention to detail, I could see that she wanted to be sure that everything was just right before I arrived.

Being the groundfloor apartment meant that there is a large rear garden and shaded patio with table and chairs, and it is not overlooked.

The front (south facing) garden had many plants and was well cared for, and well screened. The beautiful, large table and chairs (2 with footstools) in the photo, 2 sun loungers,and the bench, tucked out of sight but in the sun, were all perfect for reading in the winter sunshine as it moved during the day.

Indoors, the furnishings were well arranged, with extras of books and DVDs, as well as children's toys, if needed.

The very large screen television had a sky box and DVD player.

The kitchen was very well equipped, even with initial tea and coffee supplies, as well as some herbs and oil and vinegar. The kitchen roll and toilet rolls were a lovely thought as I've frequently had to buy 6 when I only wanted 1, in other previous locations.

The double bedrooms each had a door onto the rear patio, and the 2 large lounge french windows also opened onto the rear patio, a spacious feeling.

In the winter the local shops etc are closed (great if you want the tranquility), but Porto Cristo is only 10 mins away by car, or an hour or so walk via the beaches and cycle track.

The sea is at the end of the road, and a 10 minute cliff walk to either of 2 beaches.

Opposite the apartment is native scrub land, giving a spacious (uncrowded) feel to the area.

It was a delight to stay at Emma's apartment, as it felt so comfortable and didn't lack anything (it even had a good internet connection!).

It is only an hour from the airport, by easy fast roads, and Emma's accurate route description.

As you can tell, I'm full of praise for this place, partly because I have stayed in many other rental accommodations over my life, and so come to realise that they are not often as one expects. This time, however, my expectations were well exceeded, such a pleasant experience.

The only drawback was that Spanish builders still seem to build apartments such that one can hear the scrape of chairs from the upper apartment.

Located 3 km from Porto Cristo, a town known for its famous caves of Drach and Hams, for its marina crowded during the summer for its natural beauty, with its many fishing boats (like the llauds typical sailors is ), sailboats, yachts and surrounded by cozy restaurants, shops and bars.
