The El Terreno neighborhood is bounded by the sea and the Bellver Forest. its a residential area, In the same street there is a supermarket open 24 hours and in the adjacent streets you can find bars, grocery store, pharmacy, bank, post office, bicycle rental etc. The commercial center of Porto Pi is 10 minutes away by bus, do your shopping at Mango, Zara, Zara Home supermarket etc.
Years ago many families from Palma used to have their summer residence here in Terreno. You can still easily see traces from this time just by looking at the big and beautiful villas with large gardens and fabulous views.
In the 60’s and 70 ’Terreno was known as the international jet set hotspot.
