It is very sunny, with beautiful sunsets, especially in the autumn, spring and winter, making it a good choice for long periods and for which there are discounts depending on the duration thereof. It offers vacuum cleaner, beach umbrella. It is very quiet. Maintenance service available 24 hours for emergencies. Granada with its unique Alhambra is 100 km, tourist city. Málaga just 50km.

Lovely Winter stay in beautiful Nerja

We had a wonderful 12week stay. The apartment is very clean and comfortable with excellent facilities: good quality appliances, linen, bedding and fixtures. Mrs Maria del Rosario Gamez is a very attentive and kind owner. The apartment is in a perfect location and complex,ideal for the less mobile too. Nerja is a wonderful place; I recommend this apartment without hesitation, it is by far the nicest we have stayed in.

Great location, near beaches and the Balcon

The apartment was excellent, in a quiet location but near beaches and within 10 minutes walk you could reach the Balcon area. We are a family of 4 & the apartment was perfect for our needs with a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine. The only slight negative was that the pool closed between 3 & 5 pm for siesta but this wouldn't put us off on returning. Would definitely recommend these apartments. Maria the owner was very helpful and would reply immediately to our emails. I would like to thank her sister & husband who greeted us with keys to the apartment, despite our lack of Spanish, they were very welcoming and helpful.

Perfekt gelegene Wohnung mit Pool.

Top ausgestattete und saubere Wohnung. Es fehlte an nichts.

Zudem noch Top Lage direkt am Strand und gleichzeitig mitten in der Stadt. Bars und Restaurants sind entsprechend fussläufig erreichbar. Besser geht nicht!

In der klimatisierten Wohnung ist alles, was man braucht. Maria del Rosario kümmert sich schnell um alles und hat uns sogar mit Babybett und Hochstuhl versorgt.

In der Wohnung sind auch Sonnenschirm und Strandstühle vorhanden, die man nutzen kann.

Für Poolliebhaber hat die Anlage auch einen großen Pool mit Grünflächen. Dieser wird gerne benutzt.

Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Auch für Familien mit Kindern. Die Wohnung ist in der 1. Etage, aber Fahrstuhl ist vorhanden.

Good location, Good Owner

This was our first visit to Nerja & I was a little apprehensive of renting apt because of a previous bad experience renting. Maria, the owner, is very accommodating & answered all my questions very thoroughly and promptly.

It was a good location, we had our 6year old son with us. The pool is warm, heated by sun alone and was a pleasant surprise. He made friends at the pool easily, it was family friendly. The beach is a 5min walk away and apt is located behind an area with a terrace of restaurants and cafes. It is very central, but quiet, not noisy. It is a short stroll to the Balcon and central plaza, shops etc.

There are lots of little places, nearby, selling take away food of good quality if you want a night in. But, if going out for a meal, book a table at Maria Bonita around the corner, it's excellent.

The apartment was clean, homely, the new bathroom nice & modern and apt had everything. Only thing it did not have, was English channels on TV (I think this is due to cabling and lift maintenance issues?). so if you have children, bring a Tablet for them to watch a movie etc.

Owner's Response: Thank you for sharing your impressions. As for the TV channels in English, it is a maintenance issue connected to the renovation of the lifts and all the cabling that it involves. We are trying to get it accomplished as soon as possible!

Expérience memorable

Bien situé au bord de la mer et à proximite de plusieurs plages du village de Nerja, l'appartement est confortable, moderne et très bien aménagé. Il dispose de toute les facilités.et est très adapté pour une famille de 4 personnes. Secteur très calme . Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Excellente restauration à proximite de l'appartement et dans le village. il est possible de stationner le véhicule dans le village à proximite de l'appartement et il y a un stationnement public à quelques rue de l'appartement.. Charcuterie et boulangerie à proximite pour des repas à l'appartement. A quelques pas du Balcon de l'Europe. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cet endroit et cet appartement. Excellent service à l'accueil et à notre arrivée.

Nerja is a tourist city visited for its great weather year round, his cave with stalactites and stalagmites. It has a wonderful coastline, great cliff part that makes the landscape unforgettable. His now famous Balcon de Europa is one of the best examples. The tourism visit it throughout the year. Its location allows to easily visit nearby cities like Granada, where besides visiting its already known worldwide ALHAMBRA, (visit not to be missed) or Cordoba with its Mosque, Málaga, Sevilla or small nearby towns such as Frigiliana, Maro etc .. You can also sport tourism (bicycle, Kitte Surf, bowls, tennis, diving, paragliding etc ..) or hiking (climb up the river Chillar ...).

The ski resort located further south in Europe is only 1: 20h.
